i have watched several programs where fox news people are slowly trying to convince people that we should give up our guns becacause we don’t need those type of weapons to deer hunt. the second amendment wasn’t and didn’t have anything to do with deer hunting but was put in the bill of rights so that if our government was to turn on us as did the king of england before the revolution we would have the same arms and we would (every man woman and child) become the militia, die or become slaves. look at england today, run by islamic extreamist who will eventually take over and are trying to do the same thing here with their leader, oboma

The fact remains that to a man with a hammer everything looks like a nail. There are too many guns in private hands and the facts are not in favor of unfettered access to firearms, particularly handguns. A person who has a handgun in his/her home is at least three times as likely to use it on himself or her family than on an intruder or assailant. Thinking conservatives like O’Reilly and almost any cop you ask know this. The anachronistic aims of the NRA to block sensible regulation of gun shows, their promotion of the idiotic lifting of the assault weapon ban, and other stands they’ve taken would be hilarious if they weren’t so tragically responsible for so much suffering and death.

  into print that would back up your argument. I’m in law enforcement and I know of
  no body in our agency that would agree with that statement. Three times likely, why don’t ya just use 100 times more likely. That would be as stupid as saying that if you
  have a hammer in your home, you would be three times more likely to club your family to death. Your arguement does not hold up to scrutiny. Go back and get more ammo, before you start debating, you only make yourself look ill-prepared, my good man. Any questions?
