Fox News- James Holmes, the accused gunman in last Friday’s midnight movie massacre in Colorado, mailed a notebook “full of details about how he was going to kill people” to a University of Colorado psychiatrist before the attack, but the parcel sat unopened in a mailroom for as long as a week before its discovery Monday, a law enforcement source told FoxNews.com.

It didn’t take long for KNUCKLEHEADS to attempt to blame the USPS for this miserable crime. Now for your education:
The USPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO INDIVIDUAL OFFICES OF A CAMPUS~PERIOD~!
It doesn’t have the manpower nor the budget for such service. All mail is delivered to a “SINGLE” delivery point designated by that particular institution as THEIR “MAIL ROOM”. Once the mail is delivered to the “CUSTOMERS MAIL ROOM”, seperation & delivery of all that mail is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the employees of that institution and it is that person whom is respnsible for the dispersal THAT mail throughout that campus. I retired w/33 years of service as a carrier w/USPS. I spent several years delivering mail to LSU, hospitals, large corporate campuses & public schools. THAT IS THE POLICY OF DELIVERY TO SUCH CUSTOMERS. THEY HANDLE THEIR OWN IN CAMPUS DELIVERIES OF USPS MAIL.>>>>>>>~~~~DO THE WORLD A FAVOR~DON’T LOOK FOR NONEXISTENT BOOGIE MEN FOR THIS CRIME.
