Bill Hemmer/Fox News just reported that there are reports of multiple people shot outside the Empire State Building. The scene is chaotic as people make their way to work and about the heavily trafficked area. According to Fox 5 News, one person is in police custody. FDNY says that there are “several injured” in the shooting.
