Billionaire’s Advice to Poor – “Drink Less, Work More”

Gina Rinehart seems to court controversy – from her family lawsuits to her battles with Australian media.

Gina RinehartNow, the Australian mining heiress, worth $19 billion and earlier this year thought to be the world’s richest woman, has sparked another controversy in her latest column in Australian Resources and Investmentmagazine. (Yes, I am a registered reader online.) Rinehart rails against class warfare and says the non-rich should stop attacking the rich and go to work.

“There is no monopoly on becoming a millionaire,” she writes. “If you’re jealous of those with more money, don’t just sit there and complain. Do something to make more money yourself – spend less time drinking, or smoking and socializing and more time working.”

Our educational system is rearing those to settle for average. Then the gov determines the definition of average. It’s your right to have those items others worked hard to obtain. They had an advantage. It isn’t fair.

The new mantra coming out of school.. take a mediocre job and pay no taxes and the gov will subsidize your toys. Work hard?… forget about it. Because if you do we WILL punish you.

Now hurry, graduate and join a union. But first go to college and become indebted to U.S. gov.

The Ant & The
Grasshopper.

MODERN VERSION.

The ant works hard in the withering heat and the
rain all summer long, building his house and laying
up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs
and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press
conference and demands to know why the ant should be
allowed to be warm and well fed while he is cold and starving.

CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures
of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his
comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is
stunned by the sharp contrast.

How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this
poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?

Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper
and everybody cries when they sing, ‘It’s Not EasyBeing Green…’

ACORN stages a demonstration in front of the ant’s house
where the news stations film the SEIU group singing,
We shall overcome.

Then Rev.. Jeremiah Wright has the group kneel down
to pray for the grasshopper’s sake, while he damns the ants.

President Obama condems the ant and blames
President Bush 43, President Bush 41, President Reagan
& Christopher Columbus for the grasshopper’s plight.

Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview
with LarryKing that the ant has gotten rich off the back
of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate
tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share.

Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity &
Anti-Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning
of the summer.

The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate
number of green bugs and, having nothing left
to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated
by the Government Green Czar and given to the
grasshopper.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper and his
free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the
ant’s food while the government house he is in, which,
as you recall, just happens to be the ant’s old house,
crumbles around them because the grasshopper
doesn’t maintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be
seen again.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related
incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken
over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the ramshackle,
once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood.

The entire Nation collapses bringing the rest of the
free world with it.

MORAL OF THE STORY:
Be careful how you vote in 2012.

For a lot of people, this is a “Duh!!!” moment. That is the problem with whiners: They whine incessantly. And whiners vote overwhelmingly demokrat. Gina Rinehart is absolutely right. As a cowboy one of my favorite sayings is: Cowboy up! Translation: Stop whining, stop complaining, get off your duff, get your hands dirty and do for yourself. And that is the key. We cannot change anyone but ourselves and THERE is where success begins. We CAN build it and multitudes have. So once again: Stop whining, stop crying in your beer and pull yourself up by your bootstraps.

She is absolutely right. Any idea how much money working people spend on beer, drugs, tobacco, hard liquor, lottery tickets, or street walkers, aka strumpets? Enough that they would be in good financial shape and not on government food stamps. They might not even wind up in jail for domestic violence. LOL
