Mitt Romney Gave 1000 Times As Much To Charity in One Year Than Biden Did in a Decade

Sir, you are wrong. Senator Biden voted many times to transfer money out of my wallet to poor Democratic voters. My estimate that what he took out of my wallet alone more than equaled his contributions out of his own pocket.
People need to understand that liberal politicians give to charity by stealing the money from working Americans and giving it to the poor. On some karma scale, they seem to think that by doing this they get credit for almsgiving or something.
It’s actually theft, and sooner or later they’ll get the consequences.

The problem I have with Romney’s ‘charitable giving’ is that it’s not exactly ‘charity’ as such; say as it would be if he were giving $ to St Jude’s Children’s Hospital, to The Salvation Army, to the Multiple Sclerosis fund, the Shriner’s or to Relief for Haitians.
His giving all goes to the mormon church, perhaps entwined with the tithing that is required from all members by the financially secretive church, for its own agenda, its proselytinzing outreach, its PR campaings, and ultimately to increase its own multi-billion dollar wealth.

The fable that the mo church has many ‘charitable endeavors’ is pure poppycock. The lion’s share of the income goes to further highly profitable commercial ventures, such as cattle ranches, real estate deals such as ones in Hawaii and Orlando, Fla. that have a Disneyesque quality to them, and apt to attract the curiosity of the religiously interested in their cultic brand, and lately in building a huge shopping mall in the center of Salt Lake City [City Creek Mall] to the tune of over 2 Billion Dlls.

In fact, whatever garden variety charity the mo church chooses to engage in has multiple hooks: it either goes in minor quantities to its own members who demonstrate a slavish fealty to it, or to those people the church deems to be worthy of aid because they show possibilities as to becoming ‘converts.’

The ultimate objective of the lds’ers is to attract converts who might keep it brand growing and tithing. Therefore, as I said in the beginning: Romney’s charity giving is merely a cover for ‘salvation ticket money’ flowing into the coffers of the mo church.
