Michelle Obama Lobbied For Partial Birth Abortions

President Obama has a long and extreme record on abortion. I’ve reported here before about his comments that a baby is a “fetus outside of the womb,” his belief babies who survive abortion shouldn’t by law receive medical treatment and about his support of infanticide. Now, LifeNews has published a letter signed by First Lady Michelle Obama in 2004, during Barack Obama’s U.S. Senate campaign, lobbying for partial birth abortion. From the letter:

We have all been concerned lately with the rise of conservatism in this country, especially as it relates to women. You’ve read the alarming news about the Justice Department’s request for hospitaals to turn over the private medical records of dozens of aptients. This cynical ploy is desinged to intimidate a group of physicians and force them to drop their lawsuit seeking to have the so-called partial birth abortion ban ruled unconstitutional.

The fact remains, with no provision to protect the health of the mother, this ban on a legitimate medical procedure is clearly unconstitutional and must be overturned.

If you aren’t aware, the “so called partial birth abortion procedure” Michelle Obama supports, involves an abortion doctor stabbing a baby in the back of the head in an effort to kill him or her.

For further context, partial birth abortion typically occurs, as LifeNews mentions, in the middle trimester. With modern medicine, babies as young as 21 weeks are capable of surviving.

There have been more than 56 MILLION ABORTIONS performed within the borders of the United States since 1973′s Roe v. Wade decision. One distinct segement of the population seems to HATE unborn babies more than all the other segments combined. Black Americans make up approximately 17% of the population but they have a full 50% of ALL ABORTIONS performed in the country. That’s a confusion to me, as a greater percentage of Blacks attend church than most other ethnic groups. 17% of 350 MILLION population is 59.9 MILLION Black Americans who have ended the lives of 28 MILLION of their own ethnic group since 1973. If they’d stop with the abortions, they would NOT be a MINORITY in the country. Maybe that’s what Jackson and Sharpton realize.
The second largest group of abortions is HISPANIC, then ASIANS, then CAUCASIANS.

Any of you men who are against reproductive choice ready to step up and pay for the unlimited population growth you wish to impose on all of us? I thought not. Birth control is cheaper than welfare and free medical for life. Since the gov’t has to pay all the entitlements for ythe unlimited overpopulation, I’d rathjer pay for the birth control to prevent it. Much cheaper. When the issue of ‘partial birth abortion’ came on the scene, years ago, I asked my passionately atheist OB/GYN what it was. She turned a strange shade of red and yelled, MURDER…. she then went on to describe what it entailed… and then held my forehead while I puked in the sink, then she handed me a glass of water and calmly stated..”THERE IS NO MEDICAL REASON WHY A LATE TERM ABORTION IS EVER NECESSARY. WE CAN SAVE BOTH MOTHER AND CHILD!” This isn’t really a religious battle, it’s a battle of truth vs. lies. It’s a battle of ‘civiliized’ or returning to a savage time. When someone who doesn’t believe in God, can be so passionately against this, I think that speaks volumes about how EVIL it is.

      Sadly, even if it did go back to the states it would still be legal in MANY states (undoubtedly in mine which is Illinois)! But I do think I understand where you’re coming from. If it were to go back to the states and the PEOPLE of each state allowed to vote it would certainly be OUTLAWED in many of those states! It would at the least be a start in the right direction. But then of course there are states like Calif. where the majority of their citizens voted against same sex marriage and we see the courts (rogue courts) step in and overturn those votes. When I was 8 years old my uncle raped my sister who was thirteen. My uncle was beaten, by my Father, and is blind crippled and in prison now. When my father was prosecuted for attempted murder the jury was quote hung. He was tried again for assault and convicted and sentenced for 2 years in prison. Meanwhile my Mother found out that my 13 year old sister was impregnated when my uncle raped her. My Mom made the decision to have my Sister’s baby aborted. Like I said I was 8 at the time but now looking back at my family’s tribulations I am certain that the decision to choose the abortion was best left to my Mother and not to the State of Kansas.

The mental PICTURE I have since carried, with my new found knowledge, is intolerable & relentless. Another casualty I, personally, have suffered @ the hands of this administration. Am I proud of my previous ignorance?, no, but it was bliss compared to this. The O just has to go.
