President Shredding His Oath to Uphold the Constitution

Our Constitution has been laughed at, stepped on and shredded by this so-called President Obama, his administration, his Czars and his external agencies. Barry took an Oath for Senators that stated, “I, Barack Hussein Obama, due solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office of which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Shortly after becoming Senator Obama, he won the 2008 Presidential race and took the Presidential Oath stating, “I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

His intent and purpose of becoming Senator was to use the seat as a stepping stone to the Presidency. Since his inauguration on January 20th, 2009 he has shown us that he did have mental reservation and purpose to evade the Constitution and he has not protected the Constitution of the United States from our enemies within or foreign. If all the evidence would be submitted to a court, Obama might plead guilty by reason of insanity; but a pathological narcissist would not allow that conclusion to be brought forth.

We are not dealing with the old Democrat Party or, at worst, the left wing liberals. We are not dealing with one ideologist but a cast of many that are scattered at all levels from within the White House, across this nation and globally.

Barack Obama has spoken openly about his disregard for our Constitution. Remember, in 2001 he spoke, seemingly critically, of the “constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution” and that the courts hadn’t found ways around them. If that doesn’t sound like an extremely arrogant dictator, I am not for sure what it will take to make the disconnected truly understand.

He has also said that if his ideas do not make it through the legislative branch, he has other measures of making it happen. Yes, we have a President that is like a run-a-way train with OUR Constitution; that has shown no indication of following the law of the land. He has surrounded himself with others that are incompetent, not truly comprehending what direction he is taking us; or maybe they know and just don’t care and they are all incapable of putting the brakes on. Even “Stretch“, Mark Levin’s nickname for Nancy Pelosi, said, “President Obama knows more about the Constitution than any man that has ever lived.”

Don’cha just wish our founding Fathers could be here to debate these intellectual leaders including Justice Roberts and a few others on the Supreme Court.

Why is there no outrage heard from the American citizens when Obama is aligning our laws to parallel with United Nations legislation toward the New World Order or Agenda 21? Why hasn’t our Congress stepped in and stopped the madness?

Over the next few weeks, I will be exposing how President Obama is complying with Agenda 21 through fiat, developing a path through executive orders and external agency regulations. Executive Order 13547 is one example of how Obama has given control over all seas, all coasts and the Great Lakes in our country to the UN; and there are many more examples that will be given.

If you are considering voting to give President Obama a second term, hopefully, the information I will provide will give you reason to reconsider.

Shredding it, he never took the oath. OK, lets go back down memory lane, the day mr. little o took the so called oath. Folks let’s recall for a moment. The first oath was a disaster, remember? He and the idiot (can’t recall the leftist name) both, on purpose, flub up the simple oath, laughed and went on. Than about a week later, the news showed a redo of the oath, in the oval office, in front of a fire place, no sound, but the camel tail and this same idiot was apparently giving the oath again to the usurper, but with no sound and they again were laughing. You don’t recall? I do and it was insulting. This was the biggest insult at the start of this dictatorship. The bum never to the oath, so why bother taking it?? It’s a joke, he is a joke, all of them are jokes.

    There is hardly an article or amendment that, in some fashion, is not antithetical to, if not hostile, to Yahweh’s sovereignty and morality as codified in His commandments, statutes, and judgments. Why not take the Survey and check out the free 85-page “Primer.” In it, I address the Preamble, Articles 1, 2, 3, and 6, and Amendments 1, 2, and 8. In the complete 565-page book I devote a chapter to examining every article and amendment by the Bible.

Why has it taken so long for the public to see the total disregard for the Oath to protect the Constitution? BHO is a trained Marxist Totalitarian thug plain and simple.

Since also picking and choosing which laws you will enforce is not also shredding the Constitution, then all of Congress is also ignoring their oaths of office. Obama has done what would reach the level of impeachment but our Congress has not done anything and the people are silent. So don’t whine and complain if you have done nothing to get your Congressional representatives to do anything about it. I’ve written and called but I’ve been told by the staff that I’m just about alone in my complaint and demand that they do something about it. So we deserve what we get.

  true enough. WHERE are the legislators who also swore to protect and defend ou Constitutioni? WHY have they not risen up and said “HEY, you can’t DO that on our watch”? Spineless, that’s why. Time to clean house. Whether the kinyun gets in again is one issue.. but cleaning out the legislature, both houses, is critical. The sooner the better.

It’s a heart issue… And obama as well as many other presidents don’t even follow that document at all. If he treated Gods laws the same way – which we should have instead – he’d be unwise – which he clearly shows he is with mans perversion of truth i.e. the Big C

That would make him a traitor; in time of war. And as the ring on his left finger proclaims he is a Muslim and for Muslims it is premitted to lie, steal, cheat, rape, torture, and kill. At least this be known he is a liar and has no honor among men.

Whether or not President Zero actually took the oath of office is
immaterial. He never intended to keep it in the first place. He believes he is
the supreme ruler of America. HE and his hand-picked mob of Marxist Including
his gargoyle wife will decide what is best for we surfs. If this despot is allowed to

If he took the oath on a Bible, the oath is no good, because Obama is a Muslim. If he took the oath on a Koran, the oath is still no good, because America is a Christian nation (albeit one with no state mandated organized church, and no prohibition of nonChristian faiths.) The Koran teaches that Muslims do not have to tell the truth to nonMuslims with whom they are engaged in conflict. The Koran also says that Muslims will be in conflict with nonMuslims until all nonMuslims are exterminated, by overt war, or covert subversion.
Unless someone learns to read and speak Arabic fluently, one cannot safely convert to Islam, because the Koran is the last word on what Islam is, and Muslims clearly state that its meaning cannot be adequately translated into other languages. So if you have read an English translation of the Koran and converted to Islam, you have bought a pig in a poke.

Yep, had no intention whatsoever to even pretend to observe the law of the Constitution. Boldly stated his intention to ‘go around’ the senate & house whenever he felt like it. Has signed off thru executive order and various bills that grant him power to indefinitely detain American citizens, WITHOUT CHARGE or REPRESENTATION in FEMA camps. See the last NDAA bill (authored by our pal McCain) that gives him the power.
