Thomas Peterffy grew up in socialist Hungary. Despite the fact that he could not speak English when he immigrated to the United States in 1956, Thomas fulfilled the American dream. With hard work and dedication, he started a business that today employs thousands of people. In the 1970s, Thomas bought a seat on the American Stock Exchange. He played a key role in developing the electronic trading of securities and is the founder of Interactive Brokers, an online discount brokerage firm with offices all over the world.

Thomas Peterffy hits the nail squarely on the head with a sledgehammer. With each passing year, especially over the last 4 years under Obama, Biden, Reid & Pelosi (aka the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse), we have been heading pell-mell down a very dark and dangerous road.

This election provides every voter with a very stark choice: We either continue down the road towards Euro-Socialism and race those fabulous countries like Greece, Spain, Italy and France into the trash heap of failed democracies or we turn back, embrace the greatness of our US Constitution and the Bill of Rights and reaffirm our rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Free market capitalism is the greatest engine in the world. Thomas Peterffy knows this, do you?

The entitlement “crew” are over 35 million of your countrymen who lost their jobs when billionaires moved US factories overseas over the past 40+ years (but especially the last 12 years after Bush gave China most-favored-nations trading status; see: http://www.c-spanvideo.org/appearance/596305776) even while the population has increased. Reducing people to “moocher” statistic is cynical, elitist and downright vicious. (Apparently the wolves don’t even bother wearing sheep’s clothing when making their case any more.) The other mistake is assuming all causes are the same, or all effects from those causes, or that explanations are ever complete, inclusive or comprehensive. America is a mixed economic system, not entirely capitalist or socialist. Of course that’s not taught but the facts are obvious. The dumbing down began with the Dept of Education during the first industrial revolution when Henry Ford, Rockefeller, et al felt that Americans needed to be domesticated into being better workers, not educated to becoming independent thinkers or doers. Where are all the jobs that the Bush tax cuts were supposed to create? (Sound of one hand clapping.)
