Nugent Smacks ‘Gangsters in the White House’

WND- Rock music legend Ted Nugent, one of the strongest voices in defense of the Second Amendment, is making his voice heard loud and clear as the latest debate over proposed gun-control legislation plays out.

Earlier in the week, Nugent engaged in a feisty debate with CNN host and gun-control advocate Piers Morgan. Despite the push for more restrictions on gun rights in Washington and in states around the country, Nugent fired back with a vigorous defense of what he says is the overwhelming majority of gun owners.

“99.99 percent of the gun owners of America are wonderful people that you are hanging around with here today, perfectly safe, perfectly harmless, wonderful, loving, giving, generous caring people. Would you leave us the hell alone?” demanded Nugent. “Go after the nut jobs. Go after the murderers, because I don’t know any.”

Nugent, who is also a National Rifle Association board member and now a WND columnist, was typically straight-talking with us as he assessed his confrontation with Morgan.

“I am convinced that Piers Morgan was sent by God to represent everything that doesn’t agree with Ted Nugent, because you’ve got to be the devil’s advocate or the devil to argue with me,” Nugent told WND. “I’m a simple man. I’m 64 years clean and sober. I never went to college because I was too busy learning stuff. …

“In fact, I’m saving money on dog food this week because I’m just letting my three Labradors lick the shrapnel from Piers’s skull out of my boot cleats,” he said.

Nugent then explained why he believes history and practice prove that taking away guns never mean greater safety for the people.

  I would just like to interject that an Ivy League degree does not equate to intellectual superiority, nor does it guarantee a high content of character, or common sense. That’s what’s wrong with college education in the USA today. What did Obama learn while in college – how to instill hatred against all who believe in the traditional values of America.

Most people who are capable of logical, independent thinking are aware of your ignorance and lack of common sense. I would advise you and your liberal buddies to get a real education.   I absolutely agree with Nugent on his second amendment stance. You just need to remember that the Constitution in its entirety is the antithesis and enemy of the left. They abhor the Constitution, Declaration of Independence and all other founding documents because it is 180 degrees out from what they believe. If the founding documents were totally upheld then the left would be doomed. They must attack it, ignore it, change it etc so that they can survive. The lefts only hope for survival is death to our founding documents. They will lie, deceive, cheat and do anything else to marginalize these documents. We the people and patriots must fight these leftest so that our founding documents stay preeminent to the running of our country. It is these documents that made America great, leaving them will be the cause of America’s fall.

With all the debate about guns, real or play guns, I found this article very interesting! We are susupending our children from schoosl for using water guns, and here we have the President and the VP encouraging children to shoot each other with them! So should we suspend both of them from office? I believe thisis just another example of Liberal Democrat Double Standards!

What part of the Second Amendment supports gun control ? As a matter of fact, the part that is in the Constitution says … ” shall not be infrigned “….. which means shall not be infrigned…… which means shall not be infrigned. Gun control is meant for people control and has nothing to do with safety. If the principal in Sandy Hook Elementary School had a gun she would have prevented the murders of innocent people , including her own murder. Gun Free Zones are set ups for tragedy.
