Giffords was pro-gun until the Tucson shooting! He is still buying guns … his 1911 just purchased. This has to be an money making opportunity. Perhaps he has designs on public office in 2014. Don’t forget Gillibrand was pro-gun too until she was appointed New York senator. This why voting for the person is bunk after the primaries. Demos wll vote against your rights when it come down to it. You should vote to assure the Senate/House leadership you want not so much the person in your state or district.

I don’t really care anymore seeing victims and kids paraded in front of the cameras for all to see, the MSM has brought on my sense of apathy towards these victims, I could care less that kids died or that gang members are killed in Chicago and NYC. If you really want justice for the victims, look into the mental health of the shooters, look to fix a system that gives out Prozac and Xanax like candy and then wonder why these idiots commit suicide and mass murder. Giffords was actually pro gun rights before her assassination attempt, a redaction from her previous gun control lobbying under pressure from the Tucson community.

Ms Gifford was still giving statements in support of the second amendment after she was shot. It was not until Wannabe King BO used the shooting at Sandy Hook as a platform to violate the Bill of Rights and the Constitution that she announced support for the party platform. Which is based purely on air since no AR was used at the school and the state laws in effect at the time of the shooting are almost a mirror for the ones being proposed. Didn’t stop the attack or keep him from killing the rightful owner to get the guns.

allows U.S. Citizen own the same weapons the Government owns. Read the
2nd Amendment:

shall not be infringed. If you understand the wording of the Colonial
environment you would know that “A Well Regulated Militia” means as well
Armed as the Military…so “We the People” are allowed (not should be
allowed) to own M16, M60, LAW Rockets, Tanks, and even Fighter Air
Craft, and if I was really wealthy I would use this God given Right
under the Promise of the U.S. Constitution to do just that. But sadly I
am not wealthy, I can’t even afford to purchase regular guns. But
these are the REAL LAWS the Government does not want “We the People” to
know about..

It does bother me. If you want to play with an AR-15 join the military. Put your life on the line. But wait…. you just sit on your ass and look for black helicopters. Get your AR-15 now! This time next year it will be worth thousands of dollars.

I like the Aimpoint AR-15 site Gifford has. I personally prefer EOTech but both are top quality. BTW AR does not stand for “assault rifle”. The AR is derived from the initial manufacturer of the rifle Armalite. I love how progressives push the not good for me, therefore it is not good for the line.

When assault weapons are banned, then no pictures like this will be seen, except by criminals. As it stands, here in Arizona, to become a member of the political scene at all, you often have to support gun rights and guns. Arizona is one of the leading trading posts for these types of weapons across the border to the drug cartels. I would not be surprised if they are often supplied by Police, DEA and other Border Patrol officials in their off duty. I believe the DEA and such organizations as the Maricopa County Sheriff’s dept. are corrupt. The thankless task of being a senator or congressman of the Democratic kind in this state is seen that when Gabby perhaps decided to show that she was “pro-gun” it still opened her up to being shot by a gun crazed maniac. So perhaps she has now had a change of heart? I certainly have. I am tired of these ugly weapons of mass murder being touted as something people have a “right” to own. The army has a right. And a state militia or other police dept. has a right. They can deputize people. But regular citizens going strapped with this hardware? I say no more.

It is unfortunate about happened and jared loghner should have been executed on the spot. Gaby does not have the mental capacity to understand what is happening around her which is unfortunate. She is likened to a pupppet that does what she told to do. This can be seen by her return to congress where she raised her hand. She did not know what she was voting for.
