Riculous too push religion down other poeples throtes!

    • not Todd

That is some ridiculous spelling, Todd.

… and if you don’t like the message, just move on. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs.

      • edro3111

True “not Todd”. I’m not a religious fanatic or anything but you either accept it or ignore it. Easy choices. How many of us would give a testimony like Mr. Robertson did on this video? Not very many I’m afraid. Todd is welcome to his views on religion, guns or whatever and we are welcome to ours. So be it.

      • gundog9mm

Please excuse Todd’s spelling, it’s not really so bad when you discover Todd is a trained chimp that got hold of his owner’s keyboard. Just toss him another banana and he will settle down.

Jejeje, you my friend have made my day. I had a good laugh.
I like the “trained chimp” reference.

      Definition of riculous?

      • spyder monkey

        Thanks Duck Commander Phil Robertson
        for your awesome testimony.
We need men to stand up, humble themselves
admit their wrong(s) and claim they need a savior.
        Thank You Jesus

Todd, nobody said you had to listen to this video. If you are not in control of your own faculties to the point of not being able to make that choice, then perhaps you need to commit yourself to a mental institution. Nobody beat you with a Bible, or shoved one down your throat; But, that doesn’t mean that the temptation to do so is not there…Accept responsibility for your own actions, thoughts, and feelings. Nobody else has the power to do that…

    • Nanna28

Really! You do not have to watch the show- or this video or read these comments! Who is “pushing” it down your throat- you must have SOME interest- just like Phil first did to even be reading this. God Bless you Todd! I am sure He does every day that you breathe, walk and talk- because you still can.

  • JohnWayne

Well Todd, you don’t have to believe if you choose not to. Thanks Phil! I believe in Jesus Christ and God.

  • BettyA

Well Todd, it seams to me that it was your choice to click on this story and then to click on the video to hear what he had to say.
So in my mind he did not push anything down your throat, but rather you chose to listen to what he had to say.
It is what all people do that say they are not for Religion and that others are trying to shove it down their throats.
How do I know this because I have been on both sides of this, and I keep coming back to the side of Jehovah and Jesus.

This is a great show! its funny and decent , one i would allow children to see. I love the message at the end. If you are a believer or not you will enjoy the show. Try it, you will like it! It might make you happy happy happy! I hope Duck Dynasty stays on for a long long time and they stay true to their faith and clean show! What a relief to have something worth while to watch.

I have been a evangelist for about 24 years, have never used a gun, a club, or any weapon to preach the Gospel. Don’t want to hear it? Walk away, it’s that simple but don’t tell me I put anything down your throat, that is a lie from hell itself. If it convicts you of your sins, then listen and the truth will set you free, want to hide in darkness and shame, walk away and live with your choice. This man reminds me of myself, lived a life that I decided was right and will dispute with Paul, because I was the chief of all sinners, broke every commandment and some, did I murder, did I steal, did I lie, did I commit abominations with my body, Yes on every account plus. If God said not to, I was the first in line to defy Him. Got me nothing but grief and one night I was going to blow my brains out with a 357 mag and before pulling the trigger I asked “God are you real? If so why is my life so terrible”, He answered with peace, calm that I never knew. Talked to Him for hours and got peace every minute. Told God if He showed me, I’d believe, well a start to a long story so won’t go into it accept to say, He showed Himself to me, in person? No, in things He did for me that I couldn’t do for myself. I asked Him into my life and believed His one of a kind Son died for me, a King who came down from glory to save a evil person like myself, no greater love anywhere. My life changed, and changed the lives of many around me. Since then I have been around the world telling people about the Gospel that saves, no clubs, no guns, just the double edged sword of God, the Bible. By His grace, lead many to the Lord, hookers, pimps, drunks, people with tons of money and many in the gutters. I learned years later, my father and his family were Jews and enjoyed even a closer relationship with my God and Savior. Jesus name says it all, Jesus (Savior) Christ (Messiah), so when a person believe’s in His name, they can and will be saved. I have witnessed this Gospel in airplanes, drove a taxi for about 20 years and saw people who wouldn’t go near a church get saved, on the street, in hospitals or where ever God put me. Should have died many times but, God always was there to protect me in arab lands and places where they reject God and His Word. Now that I am older, I don’t travel or work, so He gave me His Will, teach the Bible, OT and NT and lead of the Holy Spirit I do twice a week. I teach Bible prophecy which is a third of the book and can tell people today, this is the day of salvation, as the world is getting more immoral everyday and bring judgement to America and other God rejecting countries around the globe, have two choices, look up you redemption is near or wail and cry because of what will happen. God Bless those who are Born Again Believers and reach out to the lost and blind and pray God will save another soul.

I am not a Christian, nor do I wish to be, but I feel each person has to find their own path to their own beliefs. If the Christian Way is your preference, go for it! What irritates me are the ones who try to push their beliefs onto me, and tell me my beliefs are not right. I feel my beliefs are right and good for me, and I feel whatever you want to have as beliefs and rights are good for you! Why should either side be questioned?

    • SuzyQue

This is a serious question, and asked respectfully. Why are you here (viewing this video), and what compelled you to go to the trouble of writing out a response to it?

Did you have a response to Mr. Robertson’s testimony?

      Thank you in advance.

To repent means to turn away from what sins you have committed and still commit. You turn your back on your sins and you turn to God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and the Holy Spirit, turn to Him and stayed turned away from your sins. Everyday when I’m thinking, as that’s about all I can do because I don’t have a job and can’t seem to even buy one, every day I remember more sins I have done in my past and I turn my back on them. Every day, I see another sin and another and another, it’s an unending procession of my sins that I remember every day and every day I turn away from those sins and keep my face and my heart turned towards God the Father and Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit and ask to be forgiven and I know I am forgiven. Believe in Jesus, follow Him daily, I know it’s hard to do but the reward is so much better than anything else you could ever think of. Go to church, find a church that preaches the Word of God and Jesus, if they don’t, like the narrator says in the video, close your Bible and get out of that church and find one that preaches Jesus and His Gospel. Believe and you will be saved through Jesus Christ.

Amen Phil, well said!!!! We as believers have the hope that Jesus is who he says he is. The non-believer hopes that he’s not. If your right then I just lived a moral and decent life. If I’m right, eternity is a long long time to take such a gamble.
