If any good thing could possibly come out of the despicable and deadly attacks in Boston, it should be the fresh realization that our world is still a dangerous place. Evil hasn’t been permanently eradicated. And vicious killers can often wear backpacks, ball caps, and look pretty much like the rest of us.
Moreover, we have learned once again that the government can’t eliminate every threat or keep all of our citizens safe.
And these bombings, which occurred on our own streets, have once again brought the reality of terrorism home to America.
For the past three years, Obama has spent much of his time trying to persuade Americans that we no longer have anything to fear from Radical Islam.
Unfortunately, many Americans foolishly believed him.
The attacks at the Boston Marathon have illustrated the need for Congress to put the brakes on the Democrats’ plot to grant amnesty and citizenship to illegal aliens, some of which could be Islamic terrorists, and nearly all of which will be Democrats.
And that brings us to the question: Why must we continue to pursue Obama’s reckless agenda to criminalize law-abiding Americans while he’s also trying to legalize law-breaking aliens?
