Gov. Bobby Jindal On Teaching Creationism: What Are We Scared Of?

In a recent interview about public education with NBC News, Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal was asked the question “should Creationism be taught in schools?” Jindal went on to state that schools should provide their students with the best information about science in order that they may make the decision themselves. He advocated teaching the big bang theory and evolution as well as creationism and intelligent design. Jindal said we should teach students about what other people believe because after all “what are we afraid of?” The question is asked at the 9:00 mark.
