— The mantra of the PA to go back to 1967 borders is erroneous. These were never borders but 1949 Armistice Lines after Israel was attacked, which resulted in the Six Day War, which Israel won … in 1967.
— Palestinian terror attacks have NEVER ceased toward innocent Israeli civilians. THIS is a true crime against humanity, yet it’s been repeatedly ignored by the world.
And as Israeli PM Bibi Netanyahu said to the delegates of the UN General Assembly in November 2012: “Israel is prepared to live in peace with a Palestinian state, but for peace to endure, Israel’s security must be protected … The Palestinians must recognize the Jewish state and they must be prepared to end the conflict with Israel once and for all.” He added, “No decision by the U.N. can break the 4,000-year-old bond between the people of Israel and the land of Israel.”
I realize it could indeed cause a personal crisis for Mr. Tyler, et al, to grasp and assimilate this, but: Things in the real world don’t just magically happen because you wave your wand (or your mouse). And peace has less of a REAL chance when one of the parties would rather finish Hitler’s Final Solution than come to a peaceful one.
