Furthermore, Martin had a record of being involved in burglary. This was at first officially covered-up by Miami-Dade school police, yet later unearthed through FOIA requests by dogged bloggers at The Conservative Treehouse website. Notice how Obama never mentions that, nor of course do any of the other perpetrators of the Saint Skittles fraud mention it.
They also mostly never discuss Martin’s penchant for the sadistic bashing of others, as evidenced by his social media accounts in which he relishes a rematch with one opponent who “didn’t bleed enough for me, only his nose” the first time.
So Obama whined on and on and on for 17 minutes last Thursday about how people tend to think and act differently around black men. Somewhere in there, for only a tiny moment, he begrudgingly acknowledged that the reason for this is that black men in general, especially younger ones, tend to act differently around people–that is, they are extremely more likely to engage in crime, and for that matter violent crime, than members of other sub-demographic groups. That actual level of disproportionate criminality and violence is astonishing, when you look at the statistics. But of course, our country’s past history regarding race relations is the only thing Obama saw fit to mention as having any responsibility whatsoever for the pathological depravity and violence of the black criminal underclass.
What was especially sickening about Obama’s dishonest screed last week was how he, like so many others who are supposed to be informing and leading the public to better put events into realistic context, completely mis-characterized why Zimmerman saw fit to alert police to Martin.
As to the rest of what he said, including throwing out the “stand-your-ground” red herring again (and completely getting wrong the most basic principles of self-defense)–as someone who is supposed to know and understand the law, Obama should just shut up. He never should have opened his dishonest mouth in the first place.
