Pushing Multiculturalism? But Where’s Equality In The Muslim World?
It’s a wonder that we don’t all have tinitus, following the Left’s “mellifluous” shrieks of inequality and Islamophobia in our great nation. We tolerate the intolerant ones to the point of hurling. But there’s ONE thing we fail to do…that would ultimately shut their pie-holes…
Ask the Left: Where’s the equality and freedom in the Muslim World…if you don’t HAPPEN to be Muslim?
Based on Muhammed’s dictates? NOWHERE.
Muslim countries constitute 10 out of 15 of those with the worst religious freedom abuses, according to the recently released U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) 2013 Annual Report. The countries cited in the report are: Burma, China, Egypt, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Tasjikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.
Ten are Muslim…the remaining countries are also governed by totalitarian systems similar to Islam, sans the religious cloak. NONE are democracies. Not one. Yet, the Leftist media and leaders are silent on the lack of liberty, to the point of complicity.
The only nation in the Middle East where there’s equality for all is Israel. Muslims living under the Israeli government (and participating in the government) are more free than in ANY Islamic country. Period. (The only ones who refute that are Jew-haters… because they lie like a prayer rug.)
And those who attempt to use Turkey as an example of a “Muslim democracy” are deceiving themselves. The government under Erdogan has slowly become Islamist…and wherever Islam lives, freedom dies.
Yet, the interminable cries of inequity and religious persecution in the West, by the Left, remain unabated…and sadly…uncontested. Which leaves the majority of the public with the erroneous conclusion that democracies are abusive to freedom.
It’s apropos, I believe, to now tell Islamic nations…and their minions like CAIR: Instead of being concerned about the West…begin showing some equity within your OWN borders.
Here’s a place to start:
— Strike or ignore all verses in the Quran or Hadith that treat non-believers like pigs, dogs, chattel or spawns of Satan.
— Eliminate the Jizya (literally means “penalty”) placed upon non-Muslims living in Islamic regimes to pay.
— Liberate women to be equal in status to men…whether they be Muslim OR non-Muslim.
These few tasks would keep the Jihadists, Wahhabists, Caliphate-wannabees and their Progressive little helper monkeys so busy…we could again enjoy some of the freedom our forefathers preserved for us.
