            Sure, sure.

Which did you stop this time, the Abilify? Or the Geodon?

    • Freddy Neat Shee

Yes! no punishment at all! Kill millions of people, rape hundreds of women, it doesn’t matter! There will be no accountability and no punishment for your actions at all! Dumbass.

    • Croco Dile

The supernatural myths and superstitions of Bible and theology are no part of real religion; they have no portion in the inheritance of righteousness which exalts a man and a nation. Rather are they a degrading concept of God and his intelligence, and betray a strange contempt for the dignity of mind and common sense of men in imposing such nonsense for their belief.

    • Memphis Viking

If you love your children, do you punish them when they do wrong? As far as hell goes, it’s not so much a punishment as the reality that God cannot abide sin so unless we have had our sins forgiven by accepting Jesus as our Savior, we cannot spend eternity in God’s presence. In essence, God does not decide who will go to hell, we decide by deciding to either accept or reject Christ.

  • Zundfolge

I don’t see how this takes almost 13 and a half minutes to explain.

If they have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, then no, they go to to heaven even if they died of a drug OD. If they haven’t accepted Christ they go to hell even if they die of natural causes after a lifetime of clean living.

I don’t know why people think Christianity is so complicated.

    • Smurfet

Isn’t Hoffman a jew? I think he will go to heaven because he seem to be a good man other than his drug abuse. My two cousins (brothers) both died from illnesses they incurred because of drug use when young & I believe they are both in heaven. I know I will see them again one day. They were good people before during & after.

      • Ah

It isn’t about how good or bad you are!! We are all sinners – it is about IF you have repented of your sins and rejected them, accepted the GIFT of salvation of Jesus and live your life for Him: the condition of the heart that can only be judged by God.

      • Memphis Viking

No one, ever, can be good enough to get to heaven on their own. If your cousins were young enough to not have reached the age of accountability, then it is likely they are indeed in heaven, but that’s not because they were good, it’s because we believe that God doesn’t condemn people who are incapable of understanding.

        • Croco Dile

“Wherefore, by their fruits ye shall know them.” Jesus
          Then he was lying ?

          • Memphis Viking

He said by their fruits you will know them. He didn’t say their fruits would get them into heaven. The fruits are the result of salvation, not the means.

          • Croco Dile

            Thank you !
            Now I understand.

        • Jim T

What is the “age of accountability?” Where is that found in the Bible?

          • Memphis Viking

The age of accountability is the concept that is inferred from the Bible, not specifically stated. It is based on the idea that God does not condemn those who are not capable of making a decision between accepting and rejecting Christ. The strongest hint of this is when King David’s infant son died, and he stopped grieving, because he said he would be with him in the future. For a good discussion of it, check out http://www.gotquestions.org/age-of-accountability.html That explains more thoroughly than I can here.

Do dead junkies go to hell?,… I thought they just voted Democrat and worked at the NY Post for all eternity !

  • Croco Dile

To throw hell into the discard does not impair man’s ability or will to “do good, for good is good to do,” spurning “bribe of heaven and threat of hell.” To relegate angels, devils, witches, and miracles to the limbo of childish fancy along with Santa Claus yet leaves place – freer, better place – in the hearts and lives of men for truth, honor, and justice, by freeing their minds from complete paralysis of the intelligence, resulting from irrational surrender to the blight of theological dogma.

  • Dave

Why don’t people just mind their own business, and leave it up to God to decide who does, or does not get into Heaven?

    • J.J

I agree everyone here is so judgemental. No one seems to remember, let he who is without sin cast the first stone, and if you claim you are without sin you are probably commiting a sin.

  • tom cook

Since hell is a really childish concept dreamed up by the priestly class to get meat from the proles why is anyone concerned about going to a mythical place which only exists in the minds of the brain-washed and the demented.

    • Memphis Viking

I guess you were there and they let you in on their scam, right? Or are you just assigning an undeserved amount of certitude to your own wishes?

  • Theresa

The teaching on Purgatory which is that most of us are not good enough to go straight to heaven and we need to shed the rest of our sinful nature before we see the awesome face of God. Also, Jesus is so merciful that anybody has a chance to get to heaven. The key is we have to be sorry; that’s what the purpose of a Catholic funeral Mass is to pray for the dead person-we don’t know where they went-only God does, so we pray for them.

    • DrSique

Yeah, I have a sinking feeling that I will be spending a good deal of time in purgatory…………………just not because Doug Giles says so.

    • Memphis Viking

Purgatory was made up by the Catholic church. The Bible specifically says when you die you go to one of two places, and there is no in-between. If a doctrine is contrary to the Bible, it is false. But you’re right, Jesus is so merciful that anybody has a chance to get to heaven. Where you’re wrong is the idea that those chances continue after death. You say yourself you have to be sorry, that doesn’t include other people being sorry for you and praying on your behalf. It is impossible to pray another person into heaven, they have to choose salvation themselves.

  • teaman

Hell was created by Yahweh and He states, “you must be born again through acceptance of His son Jesus Christ” if you don’t, no matter how good you are or think you are, Hell will be your home! Now, you can jump on me all you want to, God said it and I believe it!
Fact is, I had rather believe in God and Jesus all my life and find out one second after death that it is a lie, than to spend my life NOT believing to find out one second after death “THAT IT IS ALL TRUE”!
You see, Christianity has never hurt anyone in it’s entire existence but there have been many, down through time, who have come to Christ with their own personal agenda and as a result, hurt themselves, family, friends, and God’s church.
Just so you know, God, Jesus, and the Bible will live forever, in spite of this perverted despicable world we live in!

  • rightsmite

We can only hope that everyone in Hollyweird has a special place in hell. I see the anti Bible Hollyweird producers have made another “Bible” movie. This time about Noah !! They love the profits from these movies but I guess they consider them sci fi. If they want to make a real thriller with war and blood and guts and famine they should make another movie called REVELATION. That should scare the hell out of some of them.

    • Croco Dile

Because too many people stoped to read anything, including the Bible, those Powers must produce moving pictures to pereptuate the fables told in the Bible.
The brainwashing of gullible slaves must continue !

      • Eric Haulenbeek

Of course as a liberal, there is no Hell. Liberals are accountable only to themselves. After all they are the god of that shallow existence they call life. There is no history unless they wish it to be so, because they are god. In fact there is nothing at all unless they wish it to be so, because they are god. They command the feelings of right and wrong in all of us, of truth and falsehood, of what is real and what is imaginary, because they are god. So don’t bother encouraging one of these liberal “thinkers” to debate anything of real value because, as the tiny little god they are, they can never be challenged.

        • Croco Dile

          Liberals command your feelings ?
Then you are not accountable for your feelings, Eric ?

The Bible teaches that homosexuals, adulterers, fornicators, drunkards will not have any part in the kingdom of heaven. Committing self-suicide by O.Dosing falls into this category. You be the judge.

    • J.J

The bible teaches God is the judge

  • Cherie Dorsey

Romans Chapter 1 list many sins and states they are worthy of death: Unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity, whisperers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, reprobate mind, homosexuality, unmerciful, who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only does the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
We will all stand before the judgement seat of Christ, alone. I don’t know where PSH’s soul lies but I hope he made a deathbed confession to Christ. Although I wouldn’t want to wait till I’m on my deathbed to do so, I do believe that it is possible and that no one but God knows our hearts and minds. Anyone who doesn’t repent, confessing to God their sins and their faith in Him is doomed for hell. This is scripture and the Word doesn’t lie.

  • gawxxx

it’s obvious that even most ” so called” christians have no clue about hell , believe what you chose to believe but the common perceptions are all wrong , death is death , you don’t go to heaven or hell just the grave , until the second resurrection when all who have lived will be given physical life once more and also given the chance to live “GOD’S” way , then you will be judged by your deeds , chew on that for a while .

  • women99

GAW Rev 204-5 Speaks of the first resurrection as believers living on earth with Jesus 5 states the rest of the dead LIVED NOT until the thousand years were finished. THIS IS THE FIRST RESURRECTION!
It states it is appointed to man to DIE (ONCE)*** THEN BE JUDGED
Read 1 Thess.4:16 For the Lord himself shall desenc from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them: in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air; and so shall WE EVER be with the Lord.
There is no second death or resurrection for believers only ONE.
1Corth15:51 Behold I show you a mystery: We shall NOT all sleep, but we shall all be CHANGED. A NEW SPIRITUYAL BODY READ ON 52 IN A MOMENT, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE, AT THE LAST TRUMP FORR the trump shall sound, and the dead shall be raised (INCORRUPTIBLE) AND WE SHALL BE CHANGED read 53for this corruptible must put on incorruption and this MORTAL MUST PUT ON IMMORTALITY. NEW SPIRITUAL BODY
I hope you learn more to take away your arrogance before your time comes to be judged

These two people in the audio need to read their bibles better. “the wages of sin is death.” hell is the grave hence the word sheowl that is translated from the old testament. everyone goes through hell. everyone

    • Ann Wilson

Sean, you have to read the whole Bible. Jesus came and shed His blood for sinners. We have forgiveness through Him.
      Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
      Romans 3:22-24
22 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
      Hebrews 7:25
Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.

  • Ann Wilson

    John 8:7,12
“Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

I have learned in my training that drug abuse in a lot of cases can be considered a disease. It depends on how hard a grip the drug has on the individual. So basically, in some cases, a person dying from a drug overdose can be akin to somebody dying of a heart attack.

  • Redwhiteblu

I just do not understand it…..we IDOLIZE a drug addict yet toss aside the TRUE Heros of this country…Whitney Huston was also idolized…actually I have not one ounce of respect for any music star, sports star, or movie star who throw away their lives to drugs
