ON VIDEO: Surveillance Video of Retired Cop Fatally Shooting Movie Theater Texter

Surveillance video has emerged of the shooting incident in Florida when a retired police officer shot and killed a man for texting inside a movie theater. The video was played at a hearing for Curtis Reeves, the man who took out his gun when another man kept texting.

The video doesn’t get a very good view of the action, but it does appear to show Reeves getting in an angry confrontation with Chad Oulson when Oulson appears to throw popcorn at Reeves, at which point he takes out his gun.
