Obama: Best President in History? Fallacy #9: He is for Veterans

Where in the Sam Hell does Mr. Blogger go to do his research?  Does he have any family or friends that have served in any war? Obviously this idiot doesn’t see the truth for what it is.  Mr. Blogger apparently voted for Barack Obama for one reason and one reason only.  He voted for Barry the first time because he would be the first black president and nothing else mattered.  He voted for him the second time because he hadn’t turned white yet and maybe in his second term he could fix what he screwed up in his first term. That’s not going to happen so don’t hold your breath.

EARTH TO MR. BLOGGER.  Barack Hussein Obama HATES the men and women in our military and anything associated with them! As a matter of fact, Barry hates our country and military so much that he gives aid to our enemies!

Mr. B, your ninth attempt to tell us why Obama is the best president in history turns my stomach.

9. He is for veterans. Obama has consistently promoted the allocation of funds, increased benefits, job opportunities and extended resources for our nation’s veterans. Although Obama never served in the U.S. Armed Forces, he has always been a responsible and thoughtful commander-in-chief. Unlike his predecessor –G.W. Bush–he has always been conscious of the fact that troops serving in combat zones are sons, daughters, mothers and fathers. He has never lost sight of the commitment, dedication and sacrifice made by the brave men and women who volunteer for military service and he has been adamant about rewarding them accordingly.

What Mr. Blogger should have said in his second sentence is Obama has consistently promoted the re-allocation of funds from the military to the Obama supporting entitlement crowds.  Any child with an IQ outside of single digits can search the web and see that our armed forces have been downsized and underfunded while Barry has been in office.

Even the “rag” Mr. Blogger writes for acknowledges the downsizing and defunding of our military.  This is what they used from the AP to recognize the fact:

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (AP) — Budget cuts to the military have forced installations around the country to alter training exercises and daily routines to save money.  For airmen and pilots, that means fewer flights. For soldiers and Marines, it means fewer drills or delaying them until a deployment nears. In Air Force and Navy, similar adjustments have been made.

Maybe “The Coward in Chief” is doing this so if WWIII ever breaks out under his watch the invasion of the United States will be easier for our enemy.

The next point in the second sentence is also laughable when you say Obama has increased the benefits for Veterans.  Is Mr. B talking about the benefits coming from the VA that is presently in the news for falsifying health documents, that has in return let veterans die for not being granted proper healthcare?  Is he talking about housing and education costs being decreased under Obama?  Maybe he thinks veterans have had an increase in disability and retirement benefits. Barry hasn’t done one damn thing positive for our veterans because Barry doesn’t care!  After reading many comments on this issue, I have selected one that represents how most veterans feel.

I do agree with President Obama that there needs to be an overhaul on health and retirement benefits. We need to start at the top, with every politician having their retirement and health benefits cut in the future because they damn sure didn’t earn them like the rest of us. But first we need to vote all of these thieving bastards out of office. It has always amazed me how they start with cutting retiree and military health and retirement benefits.

When Mr. Blogger talks about job opportunities and extended resources; is he talking about in or out of the service?  The last I heard was Hagel, Sec. of Defense, was shrinking our army to pre-WWII levels and Obama has been purging all of our top Generals, Admirals, etc….  Maybe he thinks they will come home to find a job when unemployment has been at the highest level in more than thirty years.

Earth to Mr. Blogger, so far none of your BS is sticking to the wall!

I may not have agreed with President George W. Bush on all the issues, but I do know he was and is respectful of our men and women in the military.  There are too many examples to sight that show his gratitude, but I will give Mr. B one that he might be able to comprehend.  During the Iraq war, President Bush stopped playing his golf game and said, “I think playing golf during a war just sends the wrong message.”

Mr. Blogger, I have one question:  Other than using our men and women in uniform for a photo op, what has Barry done out of respect for our military and their families?
