Illegal Immigrants’ Children: America’s Forced “Humanitarian” Cause
The “welfare state” is a term that Democrats rely on to secure their next election. Keep the people entrenched in economic slavery so that they are forced to rely on the government for a helping hand. There is no incentive to make a life for themselves and their families because they know Big Brother will keep providing for them from the breast of the American tax payers. Ronald Reagan said, “Welfare’s purpose should be to eliminate, as far as possible, the need for its own existence.” Welfare or “entitlement programs” as the delusional left likes to label it, has not only expanded, it has become a full time job for moochers.
In America, statistics show that 16 million or 1 in 5 children live without consistent access to food. America: a country with a plethora of food that not only sustains life but the gluttony makes you fat too. It’s a tragedy that any child would have to go hungry in this country. Who should the responsibility and the burden fall upon to take care of America’s children? Who should be held accountable? Who should be held accountable for the children of illegal aliens?
On Saturday, America’s federal government transported 300 undocumented children to a border patrol holding facility in Nogales, Arizona where there are already more than 1,000 children. Their ages range from 1 to 17. They are unclean, with most not having showered for ten days or more. Some of the older girls are pregnant where tax payers will have to foot the delivery bill, and there is at least one toddler sick with diarrhea. Border agents will not speculate on how long these children would remain here and if the flood gates will ever close.
José Joaquín Chacón, the El Salvador consul general in Tucson, seemed concerned about the conditions of the facility and the absolute horror that was thrust upon the children, serving them cold burritos saying, “The conditions, without a doubt, are not the most optimal, not the best, but they are improving the quality of food and their opportunity to clean themselves, take showers, change clothes, etc., Now they won’t just be giving them burritos, they’ll be giving them fresher food.”
Are the conditions better than what they came from in the dessert? Are these children getting better treatment and care than our own Veterans who were being denied medical care, despite that they sacrificed themselves for our freedoms? The answer is a resounding yes! It’s Deplorable!
The plan is for the children to be reunited with their families, but it could take up to three weeks. Reunited with their parents? Where are their parents exactly? Does this mean they will be shipped back to Mexico and Honduras where their parents are waiting for them, or are their parents already part of the enormous pool of 12 million plus undocumented criminals that have hopped our fences and are currently getting a free ride courtesy of the Obama Administration?
FEMA has stepped in providing vaccinations, counseling, and a recreational area! 2,000 mattresses have also been ordered by the DHS and a vendor has been contacted to provide food. Perhaps rather than cold burritos, they can be served filet mignon and a side of lobster tail.
Governor of Arizona Jan Brewer, released a statement saying this, “If the Obama administration put half the effort into securing our border as it has invested to institute this operation, our state and nation would not be facing this situation.” The parents of these children have broken our laws. Many claim, (including elected officials) that this is a “humanitarian” effort and ignore the fact that this is about a crime. Well, to our elected officials that is correct; it really isn’t about a crime, for them it’s about 12 million plus minority votes for their campaigns come election season.
No to Amnesty!
