In the past few weeks a Muslim mob threw a pregnant woman and her husband into a flaming kiln in Pakistan for allegedly blaspheming their prophet. They tried to throw the couple’s two small children into the fire as well but the two little ones were rescued by relatives.
At a rally in Rome, Christians were spat on and cursed at, while Muslims carried signs claiming, “A good Christian is a beheaded Christian.”
In England 300 handpicked Libyan troops sent to train in Cambridge went wild, sexually assaulting strangers and brutally gang raping a young man.
A 10 year old girl raped by an Islamic cleric lives under the threat of drowning by her village in Afghanistan.
A professor in India was hacked to death by some of his students for opposing the human garbage bag called the burka.
In Brooklyn a rabbi was beaten in a subway station by three men screaming “dirty Jew!”
In Germany parts of Hamburg have recently seen bloody clashes between jihadists and Kurds, both sides using machetes and knives.
And, of course, yesterday the massacre in Jerusalem, leaving five people butchered carried out by Muslimcousins.
This is Islam! Not radical Islam, not some nice Muslimboys that fell in with a bad crowd. This is Islam!
What do all these stories have in common aside from everyone being Muslim?? They were all carried out by more than one Muslim!
A while back when I was too young to have experienced such a thing, I saw my first beheading on a video smuggled out of Saudi Arabia. A man and woman were sentenced to die for having an affair while being married to other people. The execution took place in an arena filled to capacity with an excited audience eager for the axman to do allah’s work. As the ax was raised all I could focus on was the crowd. The excitement was erotic, a pre-orgasmic anticipation meant to be experienced in the privacy of one’s own home.
Then it was over, two people dead, an audience sated for the time being, until the next outrage rears its ugly head.
Yesterday when two cousins entered a synagogue in Jerusalem, they had I’m sure the same desire for blood, the desire for acceptance both in the eyes of Islam and allah. They were out for blood, they weren’t just killing Jews for the sake of killing. They entered the temple with guns, axes and knives. Shooting would have done the job but wouldn’t have fed the blood lust. They egged each other on, they stabbed and slashed trying to outdo each other for eleven minutes until the police arrived.
Muslims love blood. If we are ever to have a chance of defeating this enemy we have to realize that; and they never work alone. They are cowards on their own. If we learn this, we may be able to use it as an edge in the fight between good and evil.
This week is our Thanksgiving, and while we’re giving thanks to God please spend a moment and a thought for Sergeant Zidan Saif, Rabbi Avraham Shmuel Goldberg, Rabbi Kalman Levine, Rabbi Moshe Twersky and Rabbi Aryeh Kupinsky. All men of God who died wearing tefillin, wrapped in the tallit who wanted nothing more than to live another day with their families and to worship freely in the land given to them by Hashem. Shalom
