OH, PUH-LEASE: #Ferguson Protestors are ‘Young Practitioners of Democracy’

How about we educate them to think about issues before protesting and rioting instead?

NAACP President Cornell William Brooks was on CNN and announced that those same violent protesters are, through their actions, “young practitioners of Democracy.”

“We are talking about our youth. Our children. Our sons and daughters. So if we believe that young people are the future, then we have to stand with the young practitioners of democracy in the streets of Ferguson, in Missouri, and all across this country who are simply saying, ‘We are better than this. We can do better than this.”
