WHAT A WUSSY: Kyle’s Accused Killer Said ‘I Shot Them Because They Wouldn’t Talk to Me’

I say that statement just established motive.

A jury heard explosive testimony on the third day of Eddie Ray Routh’s trial.

Routh is accused of killing “American Sniper” Chris Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield at a shooting range in February 2013.

Today, a former sheriff’s deputy testified that he heard Routh make a comment in jail in June 2013, though no one was talking to him or asking him questions.

Officer Gene Cole testified that Routh said, “I shot them because they wouldn’t talk to me. I was just riding in the back seat of the truck and nobody would talk to me. They were just taking me to the range so I shot them. I feel bad about it but they just wouldn’t talk to me. I’m sure they forgive me.”
