One person is dead and two are injured in a shooting outside the headquarters of the National Security Agency in Maryland after an SUV reportedly tried to crash through the front gates, according to scattered reports from the scene.
The incident occurred about 9.30am on Fort Meade in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
Capital Gazette reporter Tim Pratt has tweeted that sources told him one person is dead and two others have been injured.
The Gazette reports that two people were treated with gunshot wounds.
