On 9-11-01 nearly 3,000 people were killed in the Twin Towers in New York City by Muslim Islamist terrorists and now NYC schools will start observing Muslim holidays next fall! Don’t talk about it negatively though; you will be called an Islamaphobe.
Why do the people that speak out against evil seem to be getting the raw end of the deal these days? It seems to me that when I post an article on social media, have a conversation about today’s threats to freedom in America, or simply question someone with an opposite view, I get accused of some form of hatred. Are the people that speak up really unloving people? Is it wise to keep silent or to speak up?
It seems to me that one of the biggest threats to freedom in America is the silent majority of Americans. I mean, I get it. People really do “shoot the messenger.” If our nation is being threatened, isn’t it better to warn people? The consequences usually are still minimal to the messenger, but will increase with every passing day of silence. This is inevitable. You might get blocked, mocked, or un-friended on social media. People might try to change the subject or walk away when you talk, but shouldn’t we still try? Non-Muslims and even Moderate Muslims are being slaughtered around the world and most Americans shrug it off!
A school in Colorado took students to a mosque for a field trip. Assignments are given in America classrooms teaching kids about rug prayers and Islamic rituals. Kids in a nearby sub-division are being told they can’t eat in front of Muslim students when they are fasting. People are being allowed to wear burkas during the Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem. Students and teachers are being allowed to go to a specified room to pray during their prescribed prayer times. Now the city with the largest public school system in the nation (NYC) is observing Muslim holidays!
I can’t help but think about how parents raise a big stink if their kid doesn’t get the position they want on the baseball field or get a bad grade, but they are perfectly ok allowing the schools to let any form of Islam to be taught and accepted as part of the public school system. Don’t we see the headlines?
We hear the debates about what actions the government should be taking against ISIS. It is obvious that our president has the situation at the bottom of his “to-do list.” I suspect the president and his administration won’t put in on high priority until we do. Americans must apply pressure. The government probably won’t act otherwise. We need to take steps to take our country back. Why do so many think that not saying a thing and accommodating any form of Islam is the answer? It feels like the America I love is fading away without a whimper from so many Americans.
I suspect the Moderate Muslim is in the same category with everyone else that practices any sect of religion that they were born into and took it as truth without every looking into it for themselves. They just blindly continued to follow what their parents and loved ones told them and never attempted to really make their belief systems their own. Both have no clue what their religion is actually suggesting. Both are putting their loved ones on the slow path to Hell and we are allowing them to continue by accommodating them.
Some Muslims may actually believe their religion is peaceful because that has been repeated to them their whole life. We all need to hear that radical Islam considers ALL non-Muslims infidels. We are all on the hit list. Moderate Muslims will be forced by violence to pick a side eventually too! … The radicals will not stop. They have no intention of stopping.
All Muslim “religious” activity must be monitored and/or stopped. It certainly shouldn’t be tolerated in any American school. Hello, America! Sharia law in the U.S. is “mission accomplished” for them. Why are we helping them? Letting them continue unchecked sounds pretty unloving to me. Monitor those mosques and get all traces of accommodating Islam out of the schools!
Right now Moderate Muslims are useful for the radicals, they are fooling you and themselves into believing their religion is peaceful. Many probably really believe themselves. I suspect some in the moderate category have suspicions about Islam, but they know better than to speak out. Some could be Christians and are scared to death to admit this. Silence and accommodating is helping nobody. See, a “Radical Christian” might talk you to death and sound like a broken record sometimes, but they won’t kill you. The Radical Islamist also knows their religion well and is encouraged to persuade by the sword.
We the people can make a difference; we always have and always will. Now would be a great time to step up and help. Pray for those that are being persecuted simply for what they believe and who they are. Pray for the Muslim that is questioning Islam. Pray for America.
