Inform – Anheuser-Busch temporarily stopped producing beer at its Cartersville, Georgia, brewery this week to instead help those impacted by the historic rain and deadly flooding in Texas and Oklahoma.

The beer giant committed to producing approximately 50,000 cans of water to give to the American Red Cross, which will distribute 2,000 cases of 24 cans each to communities in both states, according to NBC News.

The Cartersville brewery halted beer production late Wednesday night. The emergency water donations are currently en route to the communities in need, and are expected to arrive within the next few days.
