When Jimmy Carter starts calling out Obama, you know things are bad.
Carter made the claim about Obama’s accomplishment’s abroad, adding further there aren’t many nations where the U.S. has “a better relationship” since he took over. The 39th president also said John Kerry has been “one of the best secretaries of state we’ve ever had.”
“I think [John Kerry’s] one of the best secretaries of state we’ve ever had. I think he’s outstanding.”
“On the world stage, I think they have been minimal,” Carter said when asked about Obama’s accomplishments abroad. “I think he has done some good things domestically, like the health programs and so forth. But on the world stage, just to be objective about it as I can, I can’t think of many nations in the world where we have a better relationship now than we did when he took over.”
