COMBAT VET DEFENDS FALLEN MARINE’S DAD Who RETURNED Obama’s Condolence Letter!

Mr. Hogan,

I applaud you for sending back that letter and I agree that the President of the United States is an embarrassment to the Oval Office.  And yes – every service member despises him for the lack of representation for our military.

Now he has the audacity to say, “Our combat mission in Afghanistan is ending and the longest war in American history is coming to a responsible conclusion.” If I recall correctly, he made a similar statement about Iraq and pulled our troops out – now we have American troops back in harm’s way in Iraq because he refused to take the advice of several generals to not pull our troops out. I’m no genius, but I see history repeating itself.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Mr. President, Let the dogs off the leash and let us HUNT. Mr. Hogan, we the American people stand behind you.

Sincerely,

SGT.(R) Avila, Omar

Here is the letter he received from President Obama:

Here is the letter that Mr. Hogan should received instead:

Dear Mr. Hogan,

On behalf of all service members, I extend to you our heartfelt sympathy.

I know how hard your loss is, but you can hardly know how beloved Hunter was by all who knew him. Now every active, retired, and wounded service member, besides yourself, mourn for him.

Giving one’s life for your country is the highest act of patriotism possible. Lance Corporal Hunter D. Hogan was a true American patriot. His bravery and valor are evident. He died defending freedom for the country he loved so dearly. I pray that God gives you the grace to carry on. You can be proud of your son and his ultimate service to his country.

Mr. Hogan, know that Hunter’s sacrifice will not be in vain. I can assure you that his brothers will do everything within their power to make those responsible pay. Your son may be gone, but he will never be forgotten. Today I salute our flag in your son’s honor – for he is my hero. May his name echo in eternity.

Sincerely,

The American People

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.

I do not give to you as the world gives.

Do not let your hearts be trouble and do not be afraid.

-John 14:27
