DELIVER US FROM BHO: The Logical Case For Barack Obama Never Leaving Office

I admit today’s topic is out there. Resist the urge to look for my tinfoil hat, Clashmates, and let’s entertain a thought without committing to it. I don’t like that we’re here, but we need to admit we’re here.

I believe a strong case can be made for Barack Obama’s never leaving office.

We can start by recognizing how Obama should be considered one of the most accomplished politicians in US history. However grotesque his achievements to freedom, the man gets things done – thanks especially to the vast majority of the Republicans who squeal like little girls when faced with confrontation. Honestly, what did this man set out to do that has not happened? From pushing Obamacare to bankrupting coal mines, to lesser known goals or on-the-fly dictates like gun running, unilaterally executing military operations without congressional authorization, and releasing illegal aliens with violent criminal records onto our streets. It’s a list worthy of serious review.

Once we agree on what Obama has accomplished, we can turn to 2016. With Hillary’s numbers tanking and no solid Democrat to replace her, assuming she implodes at some point, we can be fairly sure a Republican is going to win. Whether it’s Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, or any of the others, it doesn’t matter. Most of the top contenders have vowed to reverse every Executive Order Obama has issued.

We know what a weapons-grade narcissist Barack Obama is – commemorating most national holidays with a picture of himself, referring to himself countless times in any given speech, etc. Does it not stand to reason he won’t take reversal of his holy decrees sitting down? If Obama is out of office when these reversals take effect, what power would he have to ensure they get put back? As Mark Levin often says, Barack Obama is building monuments to himself. Someone like Obama will not let these monuments be taken down.

Did I mention the Iran “Deal”?

“Hey Alex Jones wannabe,” you say, “if he leaves office as the 22nd Amendment requires, he would make more money than Bill and Hillary on the speaking circuit.” Maybe. But since we now know the Clintons traded their immense speaking fees for governmental largesse – especially because Hillary was Secretary of State — will an out-of-office Obama be able to provide a swift and solid ROI if he has no power to provide political favor? What cheers and money will Obama receive at commencement addresses if everything he did is reversed? Don’t think this is a scenario Obama hasn’t considered.

A couple years ago, I threw this conspiratorial thought out to my mom and dad. Naturally, they scoffed at it and called me crazy. “No way,” they said. “It’s against the law. The 22nd Amendment forbids it. They would take him away in irons if he tried.”

Barack Obama has violated enough laws to put him in prison for the rest of his life, and nothing has happened to him or any of his aides de camp. While staying on past January 19, 2017 at noon would be an ultimate coup, considering that nothing is being done now with a Republican-led House and Senate, what makes you think anyone would arrest and charge him?

Do we really believe the greatest statist our beloved country has even known will go quietly into the night? What argument can you give that the people of the United States won’t just sit by and let Obama continue to stomp on our constitution with impunity? Is it that much of a stretch to think that a market crash or terrorist event would pave the way to an Obama address before the nation with words that might include, “You know what? Things are pretty bad right now. People are suffering. Aaaand we’re going to hold off on the election until things calm down.”?

I’m not predicting Barack Obama won’t leave office. However, if he doesn’t, don’t be surprised.
