DEMS HAVE FOUND THEIR PERFECT CANDIDATE: Meet Senator Ron Wyden, Ultimate Leftist

The Democratic Party is obviously in a quandary over whom they should back as their prime candidate for president in 2016. One is an avowed, pure Socialist. Though over the recent decades the Democratic Party has itself become Socialist, it does not want to admit it. And the head of the DNC is unable to define the difference. Another candidate is facing possible indictment for everything from risking U.S. security to racketeering. A third is reluctant to run with the Democratic theme as a third Obama term.

But I have come up with the potential candidate to satisfy all those “lefties” from Democratic Progressive thru ultra-Socialist, to neo-Marxist. Friends, let me introduce Senator Ron Wyden, (D); senior senator from Oregon. I present a little background so that I can then follow with the importance of a few of his personal particulars.

Ron’s father, born as Peter Weidenrich, was born to a Jewish family in Germany, his mother a concert singer, his father a businessman. Peter was more than fortunate because at age 13 in 1936; his parents, both Jewish, fled Nazi Germany to the United States. (Later, Peter changed his last name.) Although Peter died in June 1998, he left two legacies. One is that he authored or co-authored at least 15 books that remain available, ranging from Stella, to; The Bay of Pigs, Hiroshima and the Holocaust. His writings are a clear display of his deepest thoughts, particularly because he could be classified as a “survivor” of the Holocaust. Yes, Peter left an admirable legacy as a true American. (I am suspect that his son never read any of Peter’s books nor the U.S. Constitution).

Now to the other of Peter’s legacies : his son. Senator Ronald Lee Wyden was born in May, 1949. After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree followed by a Juris Doctor, Ron did some teaching until 1980, when at age 31, he ran for and won a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 1996 he was appointed to occupy a vacated seat in the U.S. Senate where he resides in a senior position to this day. Being untrained for any other job, in 2016 he must run for re-election in the hope of continuing a 36 year career siphoning from the people’s treasury.

Ron has spent most of his adult life in the U.S. Congress. Just think that all that experience has allowed him to amass a multi-million dollar personal worth on a Senator’s salary. I’m not implying that this fortune was gained illegally. After all, members of congress can take advantage of legal privileges that the average citizen would be imprisoned for, such as insider trading. No this attribute for money management just shows that he knows how to handle his own finances for personal benefit. (He just has trouble being a good steward of the people’s treasury).

Ron voted for the Iran nuclear deal that Obama promoted. He voted for this although side agreements are yet to be made available to study, let alone even be briefed on what they agree to. The spin for Ron is that, although Jewish on one hand, he seemingly would be able to stand back while Iran prepares to remove Israel from the globe. Yep, again Ron can pitch it both ways depending on the audience.

And Ron is a “Green” senator. He and his fellow left coast politicians promoted, supported and continue to back “green energy” and the global warming, (oops, now weather changes) movement. Yep, he was a prime sponsor of wind energy in the Columbia River Gorge where there is an abundance of wind, (almost as much as in Congress). He also supports development of solar energy in eastern OR and WA. Those windmills are idle but maintained at great expense during spring high water that feeds the most abundant hydro-electric area in the nation. But Ron points out that should the sister state to the south, CA, be in need of extra power, OR and WA can furnish it and gain revenue from CA, a state that is near bankruptcy. But that doesn’t consider that with the additional power, someone forgot about additional power lines to transmit that power south. Again like all polished politicians, Ron can pitch it both ways.

Ron supports Obamacare with total disregard to the statistics of its effect on the middle class that he says he supports. He never read the bill that he not only voted for, but continues to support even though his own state wasted over $300M of his constituents treasury in enrollment failures. (This is labeled just fiscal collateral damage when you are trying to help the people as Ron claims to do). To his party first, he remains loyal to his discredited and since removed governor.

Ron Wyden displays total defiance to the ever increasing questions by anyone about Obama’s “paper trail” whether birthright, citizenship, scholastic records, draft records, SS# and voting record in the IL State Senate or his mental/emotional, loyalty, and stability to hold the office of President. Yep, Ron just prefers to take Obama’s word for it. (But at the same time, Wyden will not accept my claim that I taught Ben Carson everything he knows about brain surgery; no less an unsupported claim than Obama’s).

And one of the greatest attributes for Ron as President is that, like his mentor Obama and many of his peers, he strays far outside the Constitution. Several years ago, as reply to a letter I wrote complaining about Obama, Wyden answered with a statement that he continues to avoid explaining. To my complaint about Obama, Ron wrote that; “one of my jobs is to get along with the President”. This paragraph continues a long list of inquiries: “where in the Constitution, your oath of office or the Federalist Papers is that given as one of a Senator’s jobs?” Still no answer.

But look at the positives side of this misinterpretation and abuse of our Constitution. If nominated as the Democratic candidate, he could run on the same platform as Obama. That is that all of Congress and therefore the citizens of this nation would be required to practice Wyden’s claim of responsibility to “get along with the President” lest they carry Obama’s label as “crazies”. This even when the President breaks or ignores the law.

Then there is the ability to spin his being a rubber stamp to the Obama agenda. On one hand he follows that rut with accuracy. On the other hand, he can claim that he does not practice coordination with the White House. (With the exception of Pelosi and Reid, Obama coordinates with few but his Tsars, this including his cabinet). Real spin potential here!

There is so much more. Ron, if you run you could use the motto; “Obama’s Third Term”. Your greatest difficulty in following Obama’s agenda will be which title you would overtly advance; i.e. King, Emperor, Master over all, Great Leader, or per your and my heritage; Empire Leader, (German translation: Reich Fuhrer).

Ron is up for re-election next year, (D-OR). With his history, might we suggest that he would fit right in to the Democratic/Liberal/Progressive/Socialist/neo-Marxist platform. Let me be the first; “Ron for Pres to carry on the Obama agenda”

Because the Democratic/Liberal/Progressive/Socialist/neo-Marxist Party needs help, I encourage my fellow citizens across the nation to put forth their nominations with equal supportive data.

Share if you think Ron Wyden might make an okay choice for a Democratic Presidential candidate.

Born into abject poverty in 1934 he spent his teen years on farms as a foster child and was classified as a farm laborer when he joined the Navy in 1952. After that service, he had a short stint at a University but moved on to 35 years associated with the engineering and technical sciences in Aero-Space, retiring from two Aerospace giants in senior positions and a small business. Until retirement, his writing experience was limited to technical occupational reports. His wife is a German immigrant, now a proud American and together they enjoy gardening. Les takes breaks from gardening to express himself to the politicians by phone, email and now thru ClashDaily/DougGiles.
