Interesting how my social media newsfeeds are flooded recently with all kinds of barbaric and grotesque attacks of Christians by the hands of the Islamic State, yet the mainstream media in the United States of America seem to be under-reporting and/or making light of these horrors. Sure, they report the mass shootings in America, but immediately want to blame inanimate objects and assure us that the people who activate these objects are not to blame. The “blaming on anything and everything else” but the person who pulled the trigger or the barbaric, medieval, demonic ideologies that they believe wholeheartedly, seems to be the prominent trend and it’s frightening.
It’s like the media wants us to believe that this Islamic terrorist problem is a problem somewhere else and of course the guns are to blame for all the gun violence. People are perfectly innocent. Do we really believe this nonsense? When are we going to admit that Radical Islam is indeed a factor in much of these attacks? They are indeed a very strong influence and it’s so undeniable, yet we still have so many intelligent people willing to look the other way and/or appease these radicals.
Sometimes I truly feel like a broken record repeating these things, but we have a silent majority in our population that is simply being complacent, scared to speak out, highly misinformed or willfully ignorant. I think that covers it. Do we seriously want to place ourselves in one of these categories or do we want to be able to tell our children and grandchildren how we stopped the inhumanity? Do we want to be part of the problem or the solution?
I have read about many examples of Islamic indoctrination right here in our public schools in America. We all want to believe that these things happen in “other schools.” It couldn’t possibly be happening in our own. That is an extremely naïve belief. We need to pay attention to what is happening right under our noses. Many times very subtle things are happening. For example, a teacher that is well-meaning, but ill-informed and naïve passes bad information to her students and has no clue he or she is doing this.
Let me give a local example. I heard of a middle school teacher that explained to his students that the reason 9-11 happened was because the people who did it forgot the “Golden Rule.” I was floored! Really? “Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets” (Matthew 7:12). This actually comes straight from the Bible, even though many don’t realize that.
This person went on to stress that we shouldn’t seek any revenge or retaliation. I agree with trying to seek peaceful solutions if possible, but these people must be stopped. Pretending the problem isn’t serious and doesn’t need to be acted on is both naïve and irresponsible. It is easy to understand that most of those students would blindly believe a teacher they greatly admired and respected. Why shouldn’t they? They are kids.
We know that Islamic terrorists were responsible for the attacks and we also know that they killed themselves in the attacks. Does this really sound like a group of people that care if they die? BINGO! They don’t care. In fact, they consider it an honor and it is their one way ticket to their Islamic Paradise! This person was raised in a Catholic family and I am sure he is familiar with the commandment, “Thou shall not kill.” (Exodus 20:13) Sounds like they might have forgotten that rule too.
This is the truth. Islam considers the worst sin of all refusing to worship Allah alone. You can look it up. They call the sin shirk. Allah and the God of the Bible are different gods. Anyone that commits this sin is considered an infidel and is fair game for many kinds of injustices and/or barbaric treatment. This would include every non-Muslim! The radicals actually believe it is their Allah-given duty to kill off the infidels. Get the picture? I can’t even emphasize enough how dangerous this all is. Islam thinks completely different about the aspects of the “golden rule.” They are fine and dandy with being killed because they killed some infidels.
I suspect there are many more extremely naïve educators among us in the United States, unknowingly passing on this type of dangerous information to our youth. I believe this is one of the biggest threats to America right now and it’s not only going under-reported, but downplayed among many common Americans. Many are attending “sensitivity training” where they learn how to appease this fast growing population, as the more informed among us try to wake as many people up as possible within their circle of influence. My heart truly breaks for our future generations if we let this go much longer.
