TED CRUZ: Compares Obama’s Last Days In Office To This Movie (HINT: It’s Not The Sound Of Music)
If Ted Cruz is right about this, America is royally screwed.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) told Glenn Beck in an interview that aired Wednesday night he believes the last 15 months of President Barack Obama’s term will be akin to a scene from “Lord of the Flies.”
“The only limit on bad actors is the limit of their own strength,” the Republican 2016 hopeful claimed.
However, the GOP candidate said things could change quickly. Invoking President Ronald Reagan, Cruz told Beck, “It’s worth remembering in 1981, Iran released our hostages the day Reagan was sworn in — that’s the difference a strong commander-in-chief can make.”
