Let’s Hit The REAL ‘Reset’ Button On Radical Islam — Before We’re ALL Converted, Subjugated, OR Dead

As a reminder: Our enemy is Islam.
Safe to say that across our great nation and around the world, In bars and restaurants, sporting events, and school functions where conversations inevitably turned to Paris, we among family and friends often turned our conversations to what we would do in response. Here I will offer my take.
First, from the Showtime series Homeland (emphasis mine),
CIA official: You said a program should be renewed. I’m asking is our strategy working?
Peter Quinn: What strategy? Tell me what the strategy is and I’ll tell you if it’s working. [Long Silence] See, that right there is the problem because they — they have a strategy. They’re gathering right now in Raqqa by the tens of thousands, hidden in the civilian population, cleaning their weapons and they know exactly why they’re there.
CIA official: Why is that?
Peter Quinn: They call it the end times. What do you think the beheadings are about? The crucifixions in Deir Hafer, the revival of slavery? Do you think they make this s*** up? It’s all in the book. Their f****** book. The only book they ever read — they read it all the time. They never stop. They’re there for one reason and one reason only: to die for the Caliphate and usher in a world without infidels. That’s their strategy and it’s been that way since the seventh century. So do you really think that a few special forces teams are going to put a dent in that?
CIA official: Well what would you do?
Peter Quinn: Are you offering me a promotion?
CIA official: I’m offering you a hypothetical.
Peter Quinn: Two-hundred thousand American troops on the ground indefinitely to provide security and support for an equal number of doctors and elementary school teachers.
CIA official: Well that’s not going to happen.
Peter Quinn: Then I better get back there.
CIA official: What else? What else would make a difference?
Peter Quinn: Hit reset.
CIA official: Meaning what?
Peter Quinn: Meaning pound Raqqa [ISIS’ stronghold] into a parking lot.
Our enemy’s goal is clear, and it says so in the book they call holy. There are multiple other quotes.
Qur’an (8:39) – “And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and polytheism: i.e. worshipping others besides Allah.]
Qur’an (9:29) – “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”
Qur’an (9:5) “But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war);”
The truth is we don’t have to worry about “moderate” Muslims. Truly, in our fight to save ourselves against an enemy bent on our destruction, those who would not convert, subjugate, or kill us because we are not practicing their religion do not matter. What matters is the ones who would.
So how do we fight against an ideology, a social, political, legal, and religious system that’s so deeply rooted throughout the societies of Islam’s followers? We can’t play nice. We can’t drop leaflets with soothing messages or crates full of food and water. We can’t assign “religion of peace” to a cult.
While I honestly winced when I read some of what this (alleged. I have no way of proving) former Air Force C-5 pilot said, and I don’t agree with everything he says, I think this man is overall correct:
The objective is not to exterminate Muslims, but rather to destroy their Islamic ideology. In much the same way the World could live in peace with the Germans once we destroyed Nazism.
We simply don’t have enough gold or military to invade and occupy 57 Muslim countries. And the scale is way too big now for airstrikes.
Incremental Random Strategic Area Bombing is the ONLY solution. “Incremental,” to minimize enemy casualties and damage, giving them the opportunity to reconsider their loyalty to Allah. And “Random,” such that no one knows where to hide, convincing every Muslim on Earth he and his family could be next. Civilian pressure upon their governments to comply with Allied terms would be overwhelming.
It’s time. Whether we do what needs to done is yet to be seen.
