BREAKING: Shooter At Lackland Air Force Base In San Antonio — Apparent Murder/Suicide

Reports about the incident are now saying that the incident was a murder-suicide and there are two dead.
SAN ANTONIO — At least two people died in an apparent murder-suicide at Lackland Air Force Base Friday morning, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
The active shooter forced the base to lock down before 9 a.m. while law enforcement swarmed the Medina Annex.
Bexar County Sheriff’s Office spokesman James Keith said the bodies of two people were found in a room on the base, which is located in southwestern Bexar County and remained locked down as of 10 a.m. with “deputies still inside,” according to officials. (SOURCE: My San Antonio)

There is currently an active shooter situation at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. Details about the incident are still developing, but so far AP is reporting that there is one person dead.

Reports Friday morning have indicated that there is an active shooter situation unfolding at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
According to News4 San Antonio, the initial calls made to police came in at around 8:45 a.m. local time, and law enforcement from both the San Antonio Police Department and the Post of San Antonio were responding. KFDN News out of Beaumont, Texas indicated moments ago that one person may have been shot. The Bexar Country Sheriff also took to Twitter immediately to comment, though did not offer any confirmation or details about the rapidly unfolding situation.
