Sharia Law Versus ‘Gay Rights’ In America — The Gaystapo WON’T Like This

Several days ago, a man in Los Angeles named Shehada Issa (age 69) shot and killed his son Amir (age 29). There are conflicted accounts as to the motive. Shehada claimed that he killed his son in self-defense after discovering his wife’s dead body in their house- she had been stabbed to death. Despite Shehada’s claim, he is being charged with the premeditated murder of Amir. The reasons: 1) Amir was gay, and 2) Shehada had threatened to kill him before.

It is to be determined who killed Shehada’s wife. Did Amir actually do it, hence prompting his father to act in self-defense (or perhaps retribution)? Did Shehada do it? If so, why? Did she try to intervene between Shehada and Amir, and was killed during the struggle? Did Shehada kill her to eliminate any witnesses? Or maybe he planned to kill her and frame Amir, hence the self-defense claim.

The case is now being treated as a hate crime, a policy that has been criticized in the past because it has created protected classes (e.g. Muslims, gays) and hence violates the concept of equal protection under the law.

If Shehada did indeed kill his son for being gay, then the murder could be treated as an honor killing instead of a hate crime. As I mentioned in a previous article, an honor killing takes place when someone kills a female relative because they believe she has brought shame upon the family (e.g. divorce, adultery, fornication, having a boyfriend or husband without the family’s approval). The notion of honor can extend to men if they had a role in the woman’s misdeeds, or if they are gay. It appears that the Issas were Muslims (who are responsible for 91% of all honor killings). If that is the case, we are going to see more Muslim versus Gay incidents (whether it be murder, assault, etc.), given our politically correct environment. I wonder whom liberals would prefer, Muslims or the LGBT community?

Meanwhile, some celebrities have proclaimed that they would have no problem with their children being gay. Gwen Stefani has stated she would be fine if any of her sons decided to be gay. She also encourages her sons to embrace their feminist side, even giving them manicures. Kelly Clarkson has also followed suit. And there are other people out there who are fully supportive of their children pursuing an alternative lifestyle.

But not everyone chooses to be supportive, regardless of their faith. They might not resort to murder like Shehada Issa (keep in the mind the investigation is still ongoing, given the murder of his wife), but there are people in America who would probably disown their kids who decide to come out of the closet. And there are people who would seek counseling for their children (in states where such counseling is permitted by law).

In conclusion, it appears America is now at a crossroads — traditional American values versus Sharia Law versus the gay agenda.
