How Our Children Will Pay the Price for Target’s Bathroom Chaos
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16) This truth has been confirmed with overwhelming evidence to everyone that has ever tried. “That blessed Book is the Supreme Critic. If we overlook vital doctrine, it is the Book that will “teach” us. If we handle the Word deceitfully, it is the Book that will “reprove” us. If we go astray in our conclusions, it is the Book that will “correct” us. Before 1962 in America, the practical wisdom found in the Bible was taught in our public schools to the majority of citizens as the moral standard for living. Since 1962 this book was taken out of our school systems along with prayer and we are scratching our heads trying to figure out how we got to the point where we don’t know what bathroom to use? We are now living in an America where stupidity is on steroids. Why are we so stupid? We traded God’s perfect standard of moral instruction for man’s frivolous opinions.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” (Proverbs 9:10) We don’t teach that knowing our Creator is the BEGINNING of wisdom. We teach elementary school students that they are monkeys derived from pond scum. We defy common sense when we teach our children that the God of the Bible designed marriage for anything other than one male, one female for one lifetime. If God is our Creator, this is a no brainer. All we need to do is look at the compatible body parts He gave us to pro-create our species, yet we teach the parenting variations as the norm, instead of encouraging what God designed. We teach sex education like it’s normal to do whatever you feel because we have abortions clinics that can take care of all “mistakes.” How pathetic are we? Let’s teach kids about STD’s and give them condoms instead of telling them that abstinence until marriage is the best way to prevent many problems. Of course we all know we live in an imperfect world, but now we think it’s just fine and dandy to teach less than God’s perfect standards. Our kids are the victims of our ignorance.
We are at a moment in time where we deliberately put our children that are lucky enough to make it out of their own mother’s womb in danger of becoming a victim of a sex crime. The American Psychiatric Association just condoned pedophilia as “natural and normal” for men. Yes, you read that correctly. Top psychiatrists just agreed that since children are reaching puberty earlier these days, hebephilia (the sexual preference of children in early puberty, ages 11-14) is now NOT considered a legitimate disorder. Target decides to make their bathrooms “transgender” friendly and fitting rooms and locker rooms across America have already followed along. What is wrong with this picture? ABSOLUTELY EVERTHING. The world has gone mad and our children are now living in a more dangerous world than we ever did. When are adults going to grow up and start acting like adults again? Any sensible person can see that we are now catering to and enabling sex offenders and perverts. People with mental illnesses are now being called “normal” and given special privileges, while people without mental illnesses are being set up as potential victims and called “intolerant.” What’s stopping the “normal” young man from saying he feels like a woman today and following his girlfriend into the female bathroom for a “quickie” while a child sees or hears them? What’s stopping any pervert from following a woman in? What’s stopping the pedophile? When we have top psychiatrists calling their behavior “normal” it will become harder to prove a crime. We are creating potential crime scenes on purpose! Can we get any dumber? At the rate we are going, that might just be the scariest question to ask.
So what are we going to do about it? Our educational system won’t change any time soon, but we are in a time of crisis.
Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside fables.
(2 Timothy 4:2-4)
The world believes the Bible is a “book of fairytales.” Christians, do we have our answers prepared for them? Non-Christians, I encourage you to ask a Christian friend to help you understand the Bible is truly God’s Word. Any serious Christian should have an answer for you. I am so tired and completely intolerant of adult ignorance. There is no excuse for it in this information age. Challenge each other and help the kids. Can we please turn in our pacifiers and Pampers? It’s time.
