Hey buddy, what’s that in your lunchbox? What the —?
Kids that age can find themselves all kinds of mischief, but have you EVER heard of ANYTHING like THIS? How does a six-year-old get his hand on just ONE packet of heroin, let alone THIS many?
Police tell The Trentonian that a teacher thought the 5-year-old was playing with a candy wrapper when she looked in his lunchbox and found 29 other packets of the drug.
The boy was taken to a hospital, where he tested negative for opiates.
Police are trying to determine where the child got the drugs and no one has been charged. International Academy of Trenton Charter School released a statement on the incident on their Facebook page.
