BULLSH*T: Pollster Says ‘Texas Could Go For HILLARY’ – Texans, Do YOU Believe That?

Hey Texans?

Sure, you’ve imported a lot of Californians lately, but does this sound right to you? In TEXAS of all places?

This does seem pretty unlikely, doesn’t it?

Hillary Clinton is creeping up behind Donald Trump in Texas, a deep red state that has voted Republican in every presidential race since Jimmy Carter.

A CBS Battleground tracker has Clinton within three points of Trump in Texas at 43 percent to his 46 percent.

Election experts at Real Clear Politics are now calling the Lone Star State a ‘toss-up,’ indicating their belief that Clinton could win Texas’ electoral votes. DailyMail

Hillary taking Texas?

Is that legit? Or could another of those Podesta Wikileaks help us make better sense of this?

Hey, when can we meet? I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling. [emphasis added]

Remember when CNN offhandedly mentioned that their own polls were ‘skewed’? ‘CNN’s political director also cautioned that the instant poll’s sample skewed slightly Democratic.’

I also want to get your Atlas folks to recommend oversamples for our polling before we start in February. By market, regions, etc. I want to get this all compiled into one set of recommendations so we can maximize what we get out of our media polling.
The email even includes a handy, 37-page guide with the following poll-rigging recommendations. In Arizona, over sampling of Hispanics and Native Americans is highly recommended:

Research, microtargeting & polling projects
– Over-sample Hispanics
– Use Spanish language interviewing. (Monolingual Spanish-speaking voters are among the lowest turnout Democratic targets)
– Over-sample the Native American population
For Florida, the report recommends “consistently monitoring” samples to makes sure they’re “not too old” and “has enough African American and Hispanic voters.” Meanwhile, “independent” voters in Tampa and Orlando are apparently more dem friendly so the report suggests filling up independent quotas in those cities first.

But don’t call the results ‘rigged’. That’s totally unreasonable… right? Even when we see that rigging votes and polls are an actual tactic her campaign employs to shape the narrative!

Share if you think it will be a cold day in Hell before Texas votes in Hillary.
