SUPPRESS THE VOTE: Could Sewer Politics Backfire On Hillary… Killing Turnout?

The turbulence that has left the 2016 presidential election cycle with nearly daily eruptions of scandal after scandal may actually cost Hillary Clinton her last chance at the presidency. Consider how she has avoided the press accept for her mainstream media lapdogs who she finally let question her after she was caught struggling to stand before being tossed into her car after a New York 9/11 event.

No, it is not the revealing email controversies that will hobble her chance to enter the Oval Office either. Nor will any sexual potty mouth allegations that she can lodge at Trump with the help and coordination of the Washington Post, New York Times and alphabet soup media organizations be her election day downfall. The answer lies in her lack of a clear, concise vision that will energize her voters coupled with her crooked and deceitful manipulation of her own voter base. The result is low voter turnout from her base.

Yes, low voter turnout may become the Achilles Heel that may very well spell the ultimate doom for her 30-year candidacy for the office her husband and former president Bill Clinton tarnished with his bimbo eruptions. The facts are overwhelming when it comes to why voters in her so-called base have a cellar-dwelling enthusiasm interest in electing her president.

As Trump is savaged with allegation after allegation of behavior that range from either inappropriate “locker room” comments or sexual misbehavior, Clinton’s camp is protected from having to explain her lies, deceit and crooked behavior to the American people. The trouble with that is when two contenders are viewed by many in the nation’s voting public the undecided voters tend to simply sit on their hands, if they feel there is no reason to vote.

According to the New York Post a recent Reuters/Ipsos poll shows that nearly half of Clinton’s actual voters indicate they are only supporting her because of Trump. Even more revealing is that 36.5 percent say that they support Hillary’s policies. Even worse, a paltry 12.6 percent said they actually like her personally. By any definition that is a severe voter enthusiasm gap.

One can be certain that the Clinton campaign has to be in a near panic mode over in their Brooklyn, New York headquarters, despite current favorable polls. If the base of Clinton’s coalition of unenthusiastic voters made of blacks, Millennials, low-income, Latinos and Bernie Sanders supporters are not feeling the love for her as they did for President Barack Obama in his two general election runs, she may be sitting on the sidelines on January 20, 2017 as a Donald J Trump takes the oath of office as President of the United States.

Is it probable that this presidential election scenario could occur? There should never be a doubt that the American voter has the capacity to sit out an election, especially if the supporter feels as if they were deceived. Consider how Bernie Sanders’ millions of voters were attacked, and their candidate Sanders was politically hogtied with a conspiracy engineered between the DNC, CNBC, CNN operatives and the Clinton campaign, according to WikiLeaks revelations.

Those horrendous revelations cost the DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz her job a day before the opening of the Democrats’ national convention in Philadelphia. Now, those same millions of voters for Sanders find out that based upon new WikiLeaks revelations, Clinton’s campaign was working hand in hand with then-CNN election pundit and now current interim chair Donna Brazile.

The email leaks reveal that Brazile was passing on a debate question to the Clinton campaign. She denies it, as convincingly as former President Clinton did when he said with snarling, curled lip told the nation, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman…Monica Lewinsky.” Lying to the American people seems to be a well-practiced political art form of Democrats.

Needless to say, the millions of voters who swarmed Sanders at his rallies at least now realize that he was right about Clinton and the DNC rigging the campaign while bringing even more truth to Trump who has labeled her “Crooked Hillary!”

For those old enough to remember President Richard Nixon telling the American public at a press conference, “I am not a crook,” Clinton’s behavior by comparison should send shudders and anger through her Sanders supporters. The fact that the mounting recent number of WikiLeaks show she is very cozy with big banks, Wall Street and embraces deceit and big bucks from paid speeches to millionaire and billionaire fat cats should be the last political straw in tolerating Hillary’s marginalization of their ideals and vote.

On November 8, while Trump’s enthusiastic millions turnout to “Make America Great Again” will Clinton’s voters be sitting this one out, because her “Stronger Together” campaign met Hillary’s supporters’ need to stand and vote in her political sewer for her.
