They figured the expression on his face (or lack of it) seemed … familiar.
Did Bill actually inhale ‘this time’? Notice the complete lack of reaction to anything Hillry is saying. Whatever the explanation, he’s obviously in his ‘own little world’ in this shot.
Maybe he borrowed a bong from the one of the Obamas?
It’s hard to blame him, really. Anything to take the edge off. Listening to her voice for these clips is hard enough. Poor Bill has to hear this all the time.
