WikiLeaks just released a large dump of classified documents from the CIA.
Julian Assange, was going to hold a video press conference via Facebook Livestream and Periscope, but the video services were ‘under attack’.

WikiLeaks reveals the video services used by Julian Assange were ‘under attack’:
