This sweet young lady was heading out to help a friend whose car had broken down — when the unthinkable happened.
These two thugs — already in jail — have been charged with the murder of 21-year old Heather Ciccone that occurred in December 2015.
Ciccone was a waitress at a Red Robin in her hometown of Spotsylvania.
She was found in her car at the end of a long, rural driveway 30 minutes from her home. The owner of the property had called to report an ‘unknown vehicle’ with an unconscious woman sitting in it. When police arrived, they found that Ciccone had been shot in the back of the head and there was copious amounts of blood in the vehicle.
The murder was a big mystery until now.
Joshua Christopher Williams, 29, and Jonathan Julian Vejarano, 28, were both arrested and charged in the shooting death of Heather Ciccone.
Williams was indicted with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, according to WUSA-9.
Vejarano was charged with first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Both men are being held at separate jails in Virginia……At the time, Ciccone’s older sister said she was being tormented by a woman who started stalking her recently over some issues with a man.
‘There’s no way this was a suicide,’ Courtney Ciccone, 24, told WTVR shortly after her sister’s death.
‘This is cold-blooded murder. Heather has had a girl who has been stalking her and threatening to kill her.’
Just days before her death, Ciccone appeared to be complaining about the unnamed woman on Facebook, writing a post that read: ‘I swear this b**ch has no f***ing life.’
Her sister responded to the post, writing: ‘She has plenty of [threatening voicemails] and her saying she’s been “stalking” the house wanting to cause harm.’
