He can utter a death threat against the duly-elected President. But runs like a girl when called out on it.
Turns out he doesn’t like being on the receiving end of the ‘free speech’ he thought it so important to utter against Trump.
He can talk smack, he just can’t take it.
An American history professor at Fresno State University in California apologized again on Thursday for a tweet he posted on February 18 that said President Donald Trump ‘must hang’ to save American democracy.
The professor, Lars Maischak, said he has temporarily left Fresno while the university is on spring break, after receiving death threats and hundreds of hate emails since the tweet was highlighted by far-right websites such as Breitbart News.
‘I regret making these tweets,’ Maischak said. ‘I wrote them to an audience of 28 followers on Twitter under the assumption they would be read by people I know.’
Maischak said he sent the tweet in February to voice personal despair over comments by Trump and actions by the current U.S. government and was not trying to incite violence.
The tweet said: ‘To save American democracy, Trump must hang. The sooner and the higher, the better. #TheResistance #DeathToFascism.’
To save democracy, a duly-elected political rival whose values he rejects must die.
But TRUMP is the fascist. And this guy is a HISTORY professor?
His twitter account is no longer public. (Coward) But he didn’t reserve his hate for Republicans, only.
He’s pretty ‘liberal’ with his use of ‘fascist’. He’s a regular bundle of hate.
Now, considering that most international conflicts right now have either one or both participants hailing from Muslim countries, you’d think there would be a DIFFERENT historical abortion he’d be open to considering.
But it’s only safe to mock Christians. Becuase they don’t hit back, launch lawsuits, and burn things down.
THIS guy is paid to guide young minds into the correct understanding of historical events? God help us all.
What a puss. Don’t be like him, and don’t let your college hopefuls turn out like him.
