UNEQUAL PROTECTION: In THESE Two Counties, the Law Discriminates Against… AMERICANS?

by Mike Martin

(Disclosure – I was raised in Montgomery County for all my school years, kindergarten thru 1 1/2 years of Jr. College.)

It should be noted that the prosecutors in the two counties mentioned below have issued internal memo’s that illegal aliens should be offered plea bargains that allow them to plead guilty — for example someone arrested for misdemeanor drug offenses be allowed to plead to misdemeanor trespass, which wouldn’t make him a deportation target as a conviction on drug charges could.

Besides Baltimore, two Maryland counties—Montgomery and Prince George’s—offer illegal immigrants sanctuary. Earlier this year, in response to the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement policies, Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh reiterated that police and other public agencies in her city never ask about immigration status. “We are a welcoming city,” the mayor said in a local news report “We want everyone here. We want to be able to provide opportunities and jobs and careers for folks. That’s where we are in Baltimore.” This year Maryland legislators tried to pass a measure to make the state an official illegal alien sanctuary but the bill, known as the Trust Act, hit a roadblock in a Senate committee after passing in the House of Delegates and the governor has vowed to veto it even if it survives.

It would seem that anyone charged with a crime in Montgomery or Prince George’s county should be filing discrimination as they are being discriminated against by country of origin, i.e. for being from the U.S. instead of a foreign country. Demand monetary damages. It appears that it’s time we took liberal left progressive democraps to court for NOT following the CONSTITUTION and the Amendments’ thereof!

Dear Lord, protect us from our politicians in Christ’s name, I pray. Amen.

Mike Martin thanks you for the opportunity to express “different points of views”, and if you were to ask his family they would probably tell you that he’s as different as they come….

Share if you think illegal immigrants ought not to receive special treatment in any part of America.
