Dear Parents: If You’re Not ‘Smart Enough’ This Liberal State Will Take Your Kids

Why shouldn’t we trust an All-Powerful State? This is why.

With so many mistreated kids remaining with those who abuse them, why are THESE kids being taken away?

This is inexcusable. Right up there with those forced sterilizations. (More on those later.)

Where is the ‘Compassionate Left’ on this story? You would think they would be crying bloody murder over it.

Nope, they are far more committed to the Almighty Government that giveth and taketh away.

Behold. Oregon — ‘Sanctuary State’ — in all their glory. They release a guy who’s been deported 20 times so he can rape another 2 victims, and meanwhile, they pull crap like this.

Amy Fabbrini, 31, and Eric Ziegler, 38, a couple from Redmond, Oregon, have had both of their children placed in foster care, the youngest, Hunter, while still in hospital following his birth, after the state deemed the pair “not intelligent enough” to care for them. Neither Domestic abuse nor neglect were factors in the custody case. –Source: Tribunist

Re-read what we put in bold a couple of times.

They were forced to take IQ tests. One scored borderline low-normal. The other scored in the range of having a ‘mild intellectual disability’. He is on financial assistance, and she works in a grocery store as the family’s breadwinner.

Is being on assistance now a reason for the State to take a child away? This will come as bad news in regions with high unemployment, and the inner cities, don’t you think?

Where are the people who RAGE against the use of the word ‘disabled’ on this one?

There is no evidence that these children are unloved or neglected.

An advocator for the couple, Sherrene Hagenbach, said: “They are saying they are intellectually incapable without any guidelines to go by.”

No domestic abuse or neglect was found in the case.

Ms Hagenbach added: “They’re saying that this foster care provider is better for the child because she can provide more financially, provide better education, things like that. —Independent

Taken without cause. And if you think lack of parental affection may have been the issue, read further:

“I love kids, I was raised around kids, my mom was a preschool teacher for 20-plus years, and so I’ve always been around kids,” Fabbrini said. “That’s my passion. I love to do things with kids, and that’s what I want to do in the future, something that has to do with kids.”

Hagenbach is a professional mediator and a board member of Healthy Families of the High Desert. After she told state caseworkers she thought the couple was capable of raising Christopher, she recalls, she was told her volunteer services were no longer needed.

The State gets to pick who is ‘fit’. And if someone tries to speak up on behalf of someone they’ve decided is ‘unfit’? That advocate is sent packing.

How ‘Progressive’. How ‘Compassionate’.

How does this tie into what we mentioned at the outset? We were talking about forced sterilizations.

Are you familiar with that dark chapter of history? Here’s a quick refresher.

Coerced sterilization is a shameful part of America’s history, and one doesn’t have to go too far back to find examples of it. Used as a means of controlling “undesirable” populations – immigrants, people of color, poor people, unmarried mothers, the disabled, the mentally ill – federally-funded sterilization programs took place in 32 states throughout the 20th century. Driven by prejudiced notions of science and social control, these programs informed policies on immigration and segregation.

Margaret Sanger figured prominently in this movement. And look who ELSE thought it was a good idea:

According to Andrea Estrada at UC Santa Barbara, forced sterilization was particularly rampant in California (the state’s eugenics program even inspired the Nazis):

Beginning in 1909 and continuing for 70 years, California led the country in the number of sterilization procedures performed on men and women, often without their full knowledge and consent. Approximately 20,000 sterilizations took place in state institutions, comprising one-third of the total number performed in the 32 states where such action was legal. (from The UC Santa Barbara Current)

“There is today one state,” wrote Hitler, “in which at least weak beginnings toward a better conception [of citizenship] are noticeable. Of course, it is not our model German Republic, but the United States.” (from The L.A. Times) – PBS

For all that prancing talk about ‘Fascism’ and opposing Big Bad Conservatives and President Trump, look who REALLY wants to grant limitless power the State.

Look who stands by while it destroys the lives of innocent people who have done nothing wrong, who have not been shown to have abused or neglected their kids.

To steal away a parent’s children without cause is every bit as evil as forcing them to be sterilized against their will.

Who’s the Nazi now?

‘A government big enough to give you everything you want is big enough to take everything you have.’

If you think that such a government is a GOOD thing, you need this book. Badly.

(Staying home on election day wouldn’t be a bad idea either.)
