Confirmation Circus: Desperate Democrats Parade ANYONE With Accusations Against Kavanaugh

The confirmation process of Brett Kavanaugh has been incredibly revealing about the Senate Democrats.

And the Left in general.

From the moment Judge Brett Kavanaugh was named as President Trump’s Supreme Court pick to replace Justice Kennedy, the target was on his back.

Attack ads came out.

There were feminist activists protesting the hearing.

There were literally marches in the streets.

Hollywood activists were getting callouses on their thumbs from their angry tweeting.

They knew what was at stake — the balance on the Supreme Court. They could lose the ability to legislate from the bench.

Then, their prayers were answered just hours before the vote — it was in the form of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s shocking accusation of groping, attempted rape, and possible attempted manslaughter, (quite the leap!) that was dramatically revealed by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

And that got the ball rolling.

Dr. Blasey Ford, who is testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee seems a to be a sympathetic figure, but she still has zero corroborating evidence, didn’t come forward for 36 years — even when Brett Kavanaugh made the news when he was working with Ken Starr on the Clinton investigation, and every person that she named who was at the party in 1982 denies any knowledge of the gathering.

But let’s leave Dr. Blasey Ford out of it for now.

Let’s examine the rest of this crapshow.

ACCUSER #2: Deborah Ramirez

The second accuser, Deborah Ramirez, claims that when she was at a party at Yale, someone dropped their pants and waved his genitals in her face and someone told her to, ‘kiss it.’ She says that in her effort to push the person away, she inadvertantly touched the offending member, and she remembers Kavanaugh zipping up his pants. Ramirez admits right in that ‘bombshell’ New Yorker article that she was really drunk at the time of the alleged sexual misconduct, and wasn’t sure what was what and who was there, so she had to think it over for 6 days, call around and ask some friends from Yale about their memories, and then lawyer up.

Unlike Dr. Blasey Ford, Ramirez refuses to testify under oath.

Michael Avenatti’s Mystery Client, ACCUSER #3: Julie Swetnick

This allegation is just outrageous, and obviously a bald-faced lie.

There was speculation that Avenatti had been pranked by 4chan trolls, but he did indeed produce a witness that claims that Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge ran a gang-rape ring in high school. She claims that she met Kavanaugh and Judge in the early 1980s and attended at least 10 parties in which girls were drugged and taken into a room where she witnessed a ‘train’ of guys — including Kavanaugh and Judge — who lined up to have their turn with the unconscious girl. She also claims that she was a victim of this gang-rape circle, but that she was not raped by Kavanaugh.

This leaves one with many, many questions. Here are a few that come to mind:

1. If a girl knew that drugging and gang rape was happening at the parties… WHY GO TO 10 OF THEM?
2. Why didn’t she report it to the police?
3. Why didn’t she warn the other girls?
4. Did she just stand by and let it happen?
5. Where are all of the other victims?
6. Where are all of the other witnesses?
7. If the allegation is true, how did the FBI miss a massive drugging and gang-rape ring in their 6 background checks of Brett Kavanaugh?
8. Swetnick is a few years older than Kavanaugh and was in college at the time. Why was a college girl going to parties with high school kids?
9. How credible is Julie Swetnick?
10. Why didn’t the Clintons bring this forward when Brett Kavanaugh was on Kenneth Starr’s team investigating Bill 20 years ago? You know they would have run with that.

Swetnick’s accusation is thoroughly unbelievable on its face, but it could be unbelievable for other reasons.

First, Swetnick, like Ramirez refuses to testify under oath.

Also, she seems like she might not be completely stable.

A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.

According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.

“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. “I know a lot about her.”

“She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”

Also, there’s the fact that she was represented by Debra Katz’s firm — the same one that is representing Dr. Blasey Ford — in a sexual harassment complaint against a former employer ten years ago.

Two sources told CNN that Swetnick filed a sexual harassment complaint against a former employer a decade ago and was represented in the matter by a lawyer from Katz’s firm.

Swetnick is currently represented by attorney Michael Avenatti, who rose to prominence earlier this year for representing Stormy Daniels.

A source familiar with the matter confirmed that a lawyer at Katz’s firm did represent Swetnick, but that it was not Katz herself. The source said Katz never represented Swetnick and that the firm did not refer Swetnick to Avenatti for representation.

ACCUSER #4: Anonymous Claim of Drunken Kavanaugh Physically Assaulting a Woman

A complaint was sent to Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO) that claimed that an inebriated Brett Kavanaugh physically assaulted a woman with whom he socialized in 1998 in the Washington D.C. area.

“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”

“There were at least four witnesses including my daughter.” The writer of the letter provided no names but said the alleged victim was still traumatized and had decided to remain anonymous herself.

ACCUSER #5: Anonymous Rhode Island Rape on a Boat

This one is just bizarre.

It makes Avenatti’s client’s claims look not so insane.

The man that made the strange allegation is an absolute nutjob.

Alex Pfeiffer, an Associate Producer on Tucker Carlson’s Show tweeted out the info:

And then, after all the attention, he recanted.

Of course, CNN kept reporting it for hours after the fact.

The recant was at 7:50 pm, but they didn’t correct it until 11:48pm.

Senate Democrats have been portraying their outrage and grandstanding.

They’ve dismissed that Brett Kavanaugh is permitted the right to be ‘innocent until proven guilty’ by choosing to side with hashtags — #MeToo and #BelieveSurvivors — no matter how ridiculous the claims.

What about #DukeLacrosse, #BogusRapeAccusationUVA, or #MattressGirl?

But they have something to gain from this — the balance of power on the Supreme Court.

So they’ll do anything to keep an activist Court.

And it all comes right down to Roe V. Wade.

It was a crap legal decision when it was made and the right to abortion isn’t in the Constitution — it’s an issue that should be handled by each state individually.

So, now a good man is having his name dragged through the mud so that the ‘right’ to an abortion can be preserved.

The Democrats should simply change their name to the Party of Molech, because they are not committed to democratic principles, and they just want to kill babies.

You shall not give any of your children to offer them[a] to Molech, and so profane the name of your God: I am the Lord.

And of course, opposing Brett Kavanaugh is also a great way to stick it to President Trump, and that’s just something that they like to do.
