In light of the new Obama-sponsored ads that label Romney as some demonized woman-hater, I thought it would be uncouth of us cuckoo conservatives to not shed light on the facts surrounding our current president and his stance on women’s “rights.”
But before I go on I must make myself very clear on where I stand on women’s “rights”. I believe women have a right to choose whomever they have relations with and anyone who forces that decision upon them should be punished by the full extent of the law.
I do not, however, believe it is a woman’s right to choose whether or not to carry a human being to term. This is a lie that post-modernism has fed people (and even worse, the church) through the means of media and education. But I digress.
At the risk of sounding like another Reagan-worshipping conservative, I present to you the Mexico City Policy. Instated in 1984 by President Reagan, this law furthered prohibition of using federal cash to fund abortion abroad in countries such as Mexico, Africa, Romania, and Colombia. The use of federal money for abortion was already illegal since 1973, but the Mexico City Policy (labeled the “global gag rule” by its opponents) just took it a step further by halting U.S. family planning funds from going to abortion organizations or those who actively promote it.
This law was overturned by Clinton less than a month after his inauguration, reinstated by Bush for his eight-year presidency, and was overturned by President Obama just three days after his inauguration. Priorities much?
President Obama, therefore, must consider abortion a most pressing issue that must not only be legal, but funded here and abroad with taxpayer money regardless of where the public stands on the issue. According to Obama, “We must stay united in our determination to prevent unintended pregnancies, support pregnant women and mothers, reduce the need for abortion, encourage healthy relationships, and promote adoption.”
I would be the first to shout amen at that speech if only his actions met his words. How exactly does funding abortion reduce the need for it? If our welfare state taught us anything, it is that subsidizing something does not reduce the need for it. On the contrary, it propagates dependency.
Fact is, not a decade after Roe v. Wade had passed, abortion rates nearly doubled and since the decision we have aborted over 54 million parasites. Excuse me, I meant babies. Cut me some slack, I went to public school. Apparently, the left is not satiated with that death toll so we must send money abroad to make sure our genocide is experienced by the less privileged.
The elections are gonna get nasty, folks, and you are going to see a whole new side of the left this year – considering what a Romney-Ryan administration would do to death squads like Planned Parenthood. Remember how Obama’s gang of miscreants reacted to the Pence amendment last year? I remember watching C-SPAN and hearing Democrats droning on and on about us going back to the “dark ages”; and what abortion discussion is complete without a lefty using the back alley clothes hanger argument? Those were the good times, eh?
So when I see these ads talking about how Romney wants to kill women and bathe in their blood, I cannot help but laugh. Has anyone seen what an abortion looks like? Contrary to what the left says about it, abortionists do not simply carry a baby out of the womb and gently dispose of it.
There is Manual Vaccum Aspiration, which is recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. I don’t think the name needs to be explained, but it is important to note that a baby will begin responding to touch as early as 6 weeks as well as opening and closing its mouth at about 12 weeks.
Then there is induction abortion, pioneered by infamous abortionist George Tiller, which is used during the second and third trimester. This procedure injects Digoxin (a heart medication) into the child’s heart so that he may have a heart attack and will then experience no pain during the removal procedure. Sorry, when did heart attacks become painless?

Now, ask yourself again. Which candidate shows more hatred for women and children? Obama or Romney?
