Desperate Freak Alert: Libs Claim Romney’s “5 Sons” Remark was Racist Code Language
According to some liberals, when Mitt Romney spoke of his “five boys” in Wednesday’s debate, he really wasn’t talking about his five sons. Some claimed he was engaging in racist “dog whistle” code while calling Obama a “boy,” Twitchy reported Friday.
“I’ve got 5 boys. I’m used to people saying something that’s not always true but just keep repeating it and ultimately hoping I’ll believe it,” Romney said.
But liberals saw racism in that line, and claimed that Romney was really calling Obama a “boy,” appealing to racists.
“Did Mitt Romney just compare the President to one of his ‘boys,'” tweeted MSNBC’s Chris Hayes.
Hayes caused controversy in May when he said he was “uncomfortable” calling fallen military “heroes.”
