Terry James worked for San Diego Christian College as a Financial Aid Specialist for approximately two years before she was fired for her premarital pregnancy. Although she is now married, and the college had explicitly stated in their Community Covenant that staff members should abstain from sexual immorality, she is pursuing legal action against the college. But oddly enough, her husband and baby father, James, has now been offered a position at the college in the human resource department. The college was also well aware of who he was at the time.
