Creationist Forced To Change Radio Show Name

Bob Enyart is a Creationist pastor and radio show host from Colorado who recently came face-to-face with Darwinism’s survival of the fittest. National Public Radio has a two hour segment every Friday entitled “Science Friday” in which the station seeks to “bring an educated, balanced discussion to bear on the scientific issues at hand.” Unfortunately for Enyart, Creationists today are not seen as either educated or scientific by the standard of the holy church of Darwin, and after legal action was brought forth by NPR he backed off and changed his radio program name to “Real Science Radio.” The legal action accused Enyart of trademark infringement and cybersquatting for using a copy of the name and even the logo. The pastor did not deny the imitations as the purpose of his show, which he renamed in 2006, is to debunk evolution and fight against “mainstream science journalism.”

What are your thoughts? Should Enyart have backed down or should he have stood his ground and met the Darwinists full force?

For more information about Enyart’s show click the link below. As you will see, he is not some backwoods redneck given a microphone and a bible but his show has gained great recognition and respect. In some instances, his site is an even more popular source than NPR or National Geographic.
